He found a few items we need to address over the next few months to prepare for this summer's heat. He carefully explained what repairs need to be done showed us where these problems existed. He also gave us a couple of options for moving forward. The estimates were thoroughly explained. We feel more than comfortable with his recommendations.

The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.
