Customer service was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help or even discuss reasonable solutions. I was repeatedly told "it's a liability issue" without any effort to work with me, even after my insurance company authorized what I was requesting. I even offered to pay one of their own employees to perform the work, and they still refused. Based on my experience, I would not choose this company again and cannot recommend them. I looked up on Google tire repair side of the road and came across this company. When I say they are super professional and understand the urgency; especially being a woman alone in the middle of nowhere; they are top notch. The owner Luke called me back immediately. Within 15mins he had the most amazing man come fix my flat. He went above and beyond and followed me to a truck stop and made sure my tires were filled with air. He insisted I called the owner if I had any issues moving forward. I highly recommend this company and I never leave reviews but this is def an exception and needs to know they are exceptional.

Their tow driver was to her before my husband even got there. Probably around 10 minutes after I called. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. They were my 2nd call as the first one was to another tow company in Cass that starts with a P. The man that answered and spoke with me wasn't very friendly nor seemed to really want to help. When I asked around how long he thought he'd be to get to her, he was like however long it takes me to drive there (glad he stated the obvious). So I just ended the conversation and called True's. Both were in our insurance preferred providers. Thank you so much True's for caring and your friendliness. I definitely recommend you.

So Harrington's automotive has dealt with several of my family members vechiles. Harrington's has…read morebeen fair and accurate. The jeep they diagnosed it with worn suspension components and brakes. My daugher wanted to do the job so when we pulled her jeep apart it was exactly as Harrington's said. Harrington diagnosed my ram. Again they were right on the money. I replaced more than they said since the truck was apart. Bottom line what they said was wrong was wrong. What Harrington said was right was right. I gladly paid them to diagnose a vechile, then they aligned it. People have gone to this shop with estimates from other shops and Harrington has fixed only what needs to done. I know multiple people and vechiles that have been one and done. This shop is worth dealing with.
