Well while the idiot driver was towing my SUV....he didn't strap the tires down apparently & DROPPED MY SUV IN THE MIDDLE OF BECKLEY ROAD GOING 25-30 mph!!! He completely screwed my car up!!! Has leaking everywhere, parts flew off, entire rear end totaled etc...The owner said he would take care of all of the damage that he caused & sent it to four star muffler to be repaired. Well it's now been 2 weeks & my vehicle is now having transmission issues and dealership estimated over 1,900 worth of damage they "failed to repair". They totally screwed my SUV up all because the driver was too lazy to do a simple tire change!!! Now I have to jump through hoops to get my vehicle back to how it was before they touched it!!! Manager says he can't do anything without talking to his boss Danny, and coincidentally ...Danny never answers his cell phone for him. This place is shit & I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Re-writing my bad review because somehow my last review was deleted. Had my car towed by them at a…read moretime when I was already financially down on my luck and these guys tacked on every sort of fee you could imagine. Everytime I called I had some new fee to deal with so these guys really put me in a bind and even had the nerve to try to scam me out of my car so that they could get the money from the scrap metal. Worse part was that I actually requested to be towed by McGhee's because I was a friend of their former employee and the place that the police recommended to tow me charged me for a fraction of the price. Which was helpful because for every minute I had my car at McGhee's the price skyrocketed so they literally rescued me from them and gave me $250 for the scrap which is $250 dollars more than what McGhee's was going to pay.

Ironically the tow place that the police had suggested I used at the scene of my accident was half the price and much more accommodating. McGhee's took advantage of me when I was in a bad situation due to my accident and I never forgot it. The fact that I requested them is what makes me feel like the ultimate sucker. STAY AWAY!!
