He came out when we called, told us it was condensation from the A/C. It leaked for a year before we realized it was coming in all the way down the ridge. He did come out and install the gasket. Removing the screws on the ridge cap caused them to rust and we failed a 4 point inspection. He would not replace it. For the past year the roof over the garage has leaked and as it is raining today 3/16/2026 I wish I could tell everyone who will listen do NOT use him or his company.

Then he called 7:55am saying he would be 15 mins late. Then he was late after that too. He says he's "all about integrity" but then can't manage to be on time. He said my roof could use some re-sealing in places. He said it would be about $500. When I got the written re-sealing estimate it was 40% higher $841.75 Clearly they do not know their own business. BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

Using a respectful time frame, he came to my residence and installed a tarp to prevent any further damages to my broken skylight and water leakage from my ceiling. Andrew is extremely insightful of the company's products. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed all of my roof issues. Andrew is an amazing roof specialist with the utmost patience for customers.
