Sadly I have to concur with that sentiment. Roof leaked at the seam after the first rain...wasn't properly sealed. Was actually raining in my kitchen. Terrible customer service follow up. I would NOT recommend. Even though they came back quickly to repair it and it has not leaked since, I have lost faith in them. Also, the damage done to the paint in my house was never repaired. Very disappointed.
