I am so glad I decided to go there! Tina was spectacular. She is highly skilled and super pleasant. She asked if I wanted hard or light and I chose hard and she really delivered! I was in the area for business and decided to try this place. The reviews were mixed so I wasn't…read moresure what to expect. I booked online the day before asking for 90 minutes. I normally only do 60 when it's the first time somewhere. I was so glad I did 90. I showed up right at my appointment time and was taken back right away. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was and there was very nice music playing throughout. I was shown to a room which was also very nice. As soon as I was settled on a very comfortable table, she came in and started to work. The language barrier was difficult but not impossible. She asked me multiple questions about what I was looking for and then went to work. After a brief warm up she got serious. She got up on the table to do back walking but made sure I was ok with. She also worked on my back with her knees. Again checking to make sure I was ok with it. It is hard to explain exactly what she was doing but it felt fantastic. The hot rocks were quite nice. She was also very sweet and you could tell she enjoyed her job. And while technique is the most important thing in a massage, having a kind person who enjoys what she does is a big plus. Near the end another lady came in and started rubbing on one arm. I was quite confused as to what was happening but I finally figured out that she was likely the owner or manager and she was checking to make sure I was enjoying my massage. I thought that was a nice touch. Overall it was a fantastic massage. It was very therapeutic and it went for the full 90 minutes. One of the best I've had. The downside is that I was so relaxed when I left that I forgot to get her name so I could ask for her the next time. And there will definitely be a next time.

I was running a little late but arrived within the time allowed to still be serviced. When I got in the lobby, two associates were assisting other customers. Vicky told the customer in front of me that she was checked in and could go sit in the waiting area. Then Vicky came back to check me in. Well, that's what I anticipated. Until, Vicky began to access my problem areas in front of everyone in the lobby. I told Vicky I did not feel comfortable discussing my physical issues in the front lobby. Vicky proceeded to tell me everyone gets accessed in the front lobby. Her words, "this is how we do this everyday. oh it'a okay, we only ask these questions once in a blue moon." I reiterated my discomfort with the front lobby accessment of my physical issues, but Vicky would not stop. Vicky stated she was only trying to make sure I got my entire 90 minute massage. However, that is a big lie! I got there at least 5 minutes late, then Vicky took another 5-7 minutes to violate my HIPPA rights. My appointment was scheduled at 3:30pm. At 5:00 pm, I was already in my car, leaving Bridgewater Falls. The massage itself felt like Vicky ONLY felt like rubbing cold lotion over my body, and then this lotion never dried. I was so tense during the whole 90 minutes, because I didn't know when she was going to lather me up again. When she worked on my hamstrings and shins, she kept tickling me. I told her but she kept doing it. Then she got an attitude because I was laughing. I couldn't help it though. She wouldn't stop. My skin was still wet in certain places because Vicky didn't rub it in enough. She made me feel like she didn't want to massage me. Then when it was over, Vicky asked if I enjoyed it. I just said yes and gave her a $20 tip and I pray she receives a lot of blessings After paying my tip, I asked Vicky to cancel my membership. Vicky was kind enough to explain the cancelation policy to me. She tried to offer me a free massage but I declined. I said that all I ask is to receive the same amount of respect and patience as she displayed with the customers before me.
