Bioworks billing is not customer friendly. I would not do business with them again…read more I got orthotics for my daughter. They charged $185.00 for each for a total of $370. I assume this is in-line with industry standards. After insurance paid their share I was sent a bill for $39.46 in June. After tracking down the insurance payment, I paid the bill in August. In September a debt collector started harassing me for a $15 late fee. The debt collection never asked for me to pay the bill (because it was already paid). I called customer service and they refused to waive the fee and call off the debt collection agency. I pay numerous medical bills and have never incurred worse customer service.

Told her I was pretty sure it was Plantar Fasciitis. She had X-rays done and told me the cause was actually severe arthritis and wanted me to see a specialist to figure out what to do. She referred me to Dr. Greenberg. Do t be put off by the way the building interior looks. Apparently there was a huge leak and a lot of work needs done. I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival so checking in was quick and easy. Dr Greenberg was fantastic. He examined my feet, explaining everything as he did it, read over my X-rays and determined that i have plantar fasciitis with tendinitis. He explained that I can get inserts for my shoes and practice stretching exercises until it heals. He said that he doesn't like yo just jump to meds or injections because that doesn't heal the problem. I absolutely appreciate when someone doesn't try to scam extra money out of people.

They all say the exact same thing and some do not even have a great rapport, but if you get them to tell you the regime these inserts could save you. Do not expect these gentlemen to go the extra mile, but again follow the sheet they give you and you will be just fine!! I have bad feet, plain and simple. Plantar fasciitis in both feet, along with neuromas, and I've torn my plantar pads. I couldn't walk across the kitchen without being in pain. These things have changed my life! I do not go anywhere without them, they make it possible to get out and enjoy myself again. I just recently started to feel pain again, went back, the refitted me and just like that pain free. This does worry me a bit though I'm not gonna lie, because what happens if I make it to the most aggressive ones and they too stop working?? Stay tuned and I'll let you know!! The three stars is because of the cattle treatment you receive when you walk in the door.
