This once thriving mall is now just a shell of its former glory days in the '90s when I was a kid and going to the mall was the thing to do after school and the weekends. I was shocked to see so many vacant lots, especially in the food court. I was pleased to see that at least Osaka Japan Sushi is still operating, but the great Greek restaurant and Chic-Fil-A are long gone. There is a new seafood restaurant near the main entrance at least which I've heard is so so also. You won't find any high end stores like Neiman Marcus or even an Apple Store here in this mall. I'm glad to find a record shop and an arcade available. Rumors swirling around Mays Landing suggest that this mall may be closing soon and be headed for demolition. I'll miss this once nice mall if that day comes. read more

Please close this place already and put in something that would benefit the community. This place is disgusting for the following reasons. Haven't been in awhile but I took my grandson there in a recent visit to let him play on the dollar rides and look around at what stores were left. A few of the dollar rides worked but some of them didn't. He had to use the bathroom so we went to the second floor bathrooms near the food court. After using the bathroom we found out that the men's room sink didn't work at all, so I couldn't clean him properly. My wife also had to use the bathroom and she was in her wheelchair so I looked for the handicap toilet. It was out of order. The next time I went here it was just me and my wife (again in her wheelchair). We wanted to look around a bit, but first she had to use the bathroom. Mind you the first thing that was wrong was the entrance getting into the mall had a broken handicap door. We went to the first floor bathrooms because I knew they had a family bathroom. I first tried the family bathroom because she needs assistance. The door was locked. I then looked at the men's room and the handicap stall was out of order. I moved her to the women's room and the handicap stall was out of order. She really needs the handicap rails and non of the other stalls had them. read more

The mall is like a ghost town. There are a lot of vacant storefronts and only a couple of places open in the food court and everything closes early. There are a lot of other stores in the area to go to and a lot of restaurants nearby, so you can still shop in the area right around the mall, so it's not a wasted trip. There is plenty of parking and it's easy to get to the surrounding stores and restaurants. I would rate service as poor to fair because there are very few employees around to assist you, and the selection is not great because there aren't many stores open and 2 out of the three major anchor stores are closed. Value is still good if you find something you want on sale. read more

This mall is all but closed. Hardly any big name stores. Ugly mall, actually depressing looking did not make me want to spend money. Yikes

Since I have written my previous review, I have noticed in my recent visits that there are more janitors walking around the food court as well as the rest of the mall. I also noticed an increase in security guards. It's a great start and I hope this will continue. read more

Called 4 times an hour later from store opening they answered . Boy puts me on hold . Just to tell me they just sold the last 2 J4's while I was on hold.. If you would of answered the first time . I would of copped something . All L's not a single pair for the toe. read more

My partner and I went about a week ago. The stores were okay i will admit the place looks really dead. The thing that upset me the most is at the food court we were at a table on the end that had about two other tables connected to it and the janitor came up and started spraying those table while we were sitting there eating with our food out. This mall isn't what it used to be. It's dead, there's never anyone in there and for good reason. The people running the place are a joke. The few times I've called the customer service desk regarding a question I had about hours, a certain stores #, the women working the desk have come back at me on the phone with an attitude and nasty tone as if my phone call was inconveniencing them, when in fact, that's what they are there for. I've been hung up on, for no good reason and spoken to like sh*t with no explanation as to why when I've approached the customer service desk for gift cards as well. I don't like to say bad things about businesses, but I just now, hung up the phone with a representative at the service desk who treated me like POO AGAIN. And then after I tried to thank her for the asshole response she did give me, she hung up on me before I could say anything more. Not a "anything else i can help you with?" Not a "have a nice day." NOTHING. She hung up after she rudely treated me like my business didn't matter. I hate this place. I've spend thousands of dollars supporting this mall and they don't deserve it. I love this mall. It's very convenient for me coming home from work, sometimes my wife and me will just meet up to walk around and relax. The food court has a lot of good stores and some cool places to shop at. We also like going to the new retro arcades as well read more

Thankfully this mall has places like h&m, forever 21, and Sephora (inside JCPenny). Sales tax isn't too high so if shipping for anything other than clothes, it won't cost an arm and a leg. Never any large rowdy crowds of kids here.. security is visible throughout. Lots of nice food places to eat if you're hungry.. though Auntie Anne's will always be my favorite! read more

It's no secret that the owner refuses to lower rent. Trying to rebrand the place after losing both Sears and J.c. penney is not working. Don't even bother making the drive out to Hamilton Mall. It's got basically no stores and there are rumors that both Macy's and Victoria Secrets will be closing as well. Disastrous and embarrassing! Make the drive up to Cherry Hill, it's worth it. read more

this mall sucks. my friends and i were so excited to get off campus and go shopping. we got there and didn't even want to spend a penny because it was so gross, and the place was a ghost town, wonder why. read more
