Always love my glasses. Doctors and staff are very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

First, I will say the Dr was phenomenal! HOWEVER, that turned into utter rudeness, hatred,…read morediscrimination, high pressure sales tactics, argumentative and refusal of listening or looking at our insurance information that we brought with us. My husband was first. He really, really liked the Dr. It was down hill from there. The lady that sold the glasses pulled our medical insurance eye coverage which isn't much eye coverage. We have a very good vision policy which allows us to get good glasses. My husband picks out a pair of Ray-Ban frames that was marked $195. That's fine we have a $300 allowance. Of course, they add on all the little extras and she ends up telling him he will pay $212. She said the frames were $328 (yes, the Ray-Bans that were $195). Then there were other various charges ex. Zeiss lenses, coatings, etc. My husband tries to tell her that none of it made sense because he knows what our policies cover. In fact he had all of our policy information printed out so there would be no mix up between the two eye policies. She absolutely refused to look at any of it. Now it gets worse. She starts to raise her voice and starts telling him how they will only be making $28 from my husbands visit. She implied that my husband had been in with the Dr for a hour and that no one would work for $28/hr, the Dr shouldn't have to work for $28/hr, she shouldn't have to work for $28/hr.Then (speaking loud enough for the office to hear) said that they make more money servicing people on welfare. She said " People on Medicaid, Medicaid pays more than private insurance. Can you imagine people on welfare has better insurance than people that are not." At this point my husband sees another customer get up and leave. My husband just said that was between them and the insurance company. Mind you this is not in a private room, It's one big room where everyone could hear. My husband says forget it I don't want the glasses. She implied that she would give my husband his prescription. Really? Give him the prescription ? On to my son. He had to have glasses ASAP. He finds a set marked $160. My husband now very angry but keeps his composure and tells her he wants the basics no extra coatings and what not. We would order him a really good pair later. She then looks at my son and loudly says that one of his problem's won't be fixed because my husband wasn't willing to buy the extra coating that would correct the issue. I was supposed to have a appt with them the next week. When they called for my reminder I politely canceled. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and of course I say no. She asks why and I just say that my husband and son had appointments and it didn't go well. A week later we receive a thank you card wanting our continued business. Yesterday we received EOB's for each of their visits and as it turns out she did in fact file my husbands claim under our medical insurance and my sons under our vision policy (the one my husband was trying to show her). Also going through the line items for my sons glasses that were marked $160 they charged the insurance $240. There is much more to this situation but this is a summary. If I could review the Doctor separately this would have a been a much higher review. Once you go into the display area (that has limited choices) the lady that my husband and son dealt with was extremely unprofessional.

The nurse whoever she is at the front desk is absolutely rude and impatient! Called to get my sons…read moreappointment reschedule because something came up and she acted like she didnt wanna mess with trying to get another appointment..She was just plan awful! Its hard to enjoy your child's first visit and reschedule when you have someone being RUDE! i will not bring my child here because of rude company! She needs to be fired if she hates her job that bad!!!! Enough Said!
