Within those few days he passed away , BEFORE receiving the spa he paid for. we called them immediately to stop delivery , and informed them of the situation. provided them with a death certificate , a power of attorney , Trustee estate paperwork etc and they refuse to refund the money he paid for for an item in which he NEVER received and they still have on hand !!! disgusting human beings , who stated on the phone that they do not care and would not give the refund no matter what !!! NEVER do business with these crooks!!!!

Brendan canceled my first appointment for a pool inspection and then rescheduled. Brendan then was…read morea no-show for the rescheduled appointment and ended up showing up an hour and a half late after begging me to give him another chance. Brendan was then late on delivering the inspection report and when it was delivered it was left mostly blank, included no pictures, and contained only vague information (what little there was). Brendan then charged an astronomical amount for the inspection to my credit card (4-5 times what other companies cand would not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. DO NOT ISE THIS SERVICE. Note: Brendan made mistakes but did work with me to fix them and make them right the best he could, I gave him 3 stars instead of the original 1 star.
