First off, the haircuts she did for my husband and my kids turned out great and we're super happy…read morewith them. That's where the positives end. At the end of the haircuts, I handed her $60 in cash (three $20 bills) for the $36 total and told her to make the total $45 to include her tip. She said okay, turned to her cash and handed me back $4. When I told her I handed her $60 and the change she gave me back wasn't right, she turned defensive and argued with myself and my husband about it in front of our kids. She was very hostile about it. We left and I messaged her on Facebook later that night to try to clear things up. She called me a liar, made up a conversation that we never had, and doubled down on being right. She even went so far as to seek out our regular stylist that is currently on maternity leave and told her I'm a liar. When I asked her about it, she lied and said she offered to pay for my kids and husband's next haircuts (she eventually did, but not at the time I asked her why she was messaging my stylist). I'm including screen shots of the messages from Facebook messenger. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and even though she did give my husband and kids good haircuts that they liked, I'll never go there again and will not recommend her to anyone unless they want their money stolen and to be lied about to people. It seems the customer is never right in her barber shop. Lesson learned.
