I'm not sure where to even start!…read more I went to Tim Surdyke's looking to purchase my 1st Harley and man did they not disappoint! From day 1 Chris was a Rockstar! He was patient with me even when I kept changing my mind on the bike I wanted. Finally we pulled the trigger on a 2026 Low Rider ST. Buying this bike from Chris felt like I was making a purchase from my best friend. He made the purchase feel personal and yet seamless before, during and even after the sell! Then we have Joe. Joe sat with me on multiple occasions for hours building this bike out from front to back! From exhaust, to Risers, seat and even the SE Stage III kit! He knew what he was talking about and he shared his knowledge and personal experiences with me as well. Couldn't be happier with all the options he helped me pick out. That leads us to the behind the scenes crew, the guys who built this bike. Chad and his guys assembled and absolute Beast of a bike! Chad's knowledge and skills really shines through on this build. Not only did he bring this bike to life, the man did so in record time! He was the final piece of this amazing puzzle and I couldn't be more grateful. I can't say enough about this whole team. I never felt like I was in a "Sales" place. I felt like I was in a building surround by friends who really wanted to make my dream come true for me and they did just that and more. Thank you all again and thank you for welcoming my Family and I to the Tim Surdyke Family!

Ah, the old bait and switch--a timeless classic! The motorcycle was proudly advertised for $7,499,…read morewhich seemed like a fair deal... until the grand finale of the sales magic show, where poof! the price suddenly transformed into $9,946. That's quite a trick fee--almost $2,500 in "surprise!" charges. I half expected a magician to come out from the back with a top hat and announce, "For our next illusion, we'll make your money disappear!" If you enjoy playing financial roulette, guessing what the real price might be, or just love the thrill of disappointment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find a dealership where the numbers on the ad actually mean something.

Do not bring anything here. Brought my motorcycle to them couple years ago because it wouldn't…read morestart and I wanted an oil change. They had my bike for 9 months, they never called me to inform me of anything, I had to call them. And each call was just a run around of excuses of why my bike wasn't ready. After telling them how tired I was of waiting, they got their act together and got my bike running. I didn't leave a review the because I just wanted my bike, and was going to leave well enough alone. I rode my bike twice since getting it back, and noticed it overheating. Lo and behold, the oil change they charged $100 for never happened. There was no oil in the sight glass, and when I drained it out, what came out didn't fill 1/8 of 1 quart. What did come out was black. Oil doesn't turn black after 2 rides. They never changed the oil, or even bothered to check it. I repeat, DO NOT BEING ANYTHING HERE. I will be sure to continue to tell everybody I know who ride to avoid this place at all costs. The complete inadequacy, untrained, irresponsible people here are a joke.

Purchased a Bad Boy Tractor from them about 3 months ago and paid cash for it. When they delivered…read moreit, a bunch of the parts were missing and a light was broken. Was told they had to order the part's and it would take a couple of weeks and then they will pick the tractor back up and install everything. 2 months later....still waiting! All we get is excuses and promises to call back and they never do. It just seems that once they get your money, they could care less about you. My next step is to report them to The Better Business Bearue and try to contact the actual owner of the company.
