I called this company on a Monday because my refrigerator was not working properly. They sent a…read moretech to look at it and arrived after a couple of hours. He was here no more than 20 minutes. He said he needed to order a part and would be back on Friday to install it. He said I would have to pay half of the cost up front and the other half when he returned to finish he job. That half was $187.00 dollars. After he left, the fridge started working perfectly and did so all week. I told him that it had been working perfectly all week on Friday when he returned. He shrugged it off and installed a temperature detecter which after seeing it I can't imagine would cost more than $15. It took 5 minutes to install it. I gave him another $187.00 dollars. So, for 20 minutes of labor and at the very most a $20 part I was charged $374 for a very simple repair of a refrigerator that was then working perfectly. This is a scam!
