f zero was an option, I would have chosen that. Here's why. I called for a dishwasher repair and they came out June 26th. He told me that it was going to cost $438 to get a new heating element and motherboard. I paid him $300 cash. Another guy came out a couple days later and told me that the first guy misdiagnosed it and it was going to cost $100 more. I decided not to repair it. I called him and asked him if I would get a refund. 'Oh yes yes you will get a refund..'Since then I have gotten two invoices that say I still owe $177. I have emailed them twice. I have called at least six times and get the same answer. 'Oh we're working on it. The bosses aren't in right now. I'll call you back.' I understand they have to take a service fee out . I would like my refund. This was in JUNE. Today is August 6. I think it's been long enough. read more

We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Since July 2021, we have spent $13,386.08 with this company, including $4,640.90 in October 2024. During that time, we have had issues almost every year, despite having both a brand-new indoor and outdoor HVAC unit installed. When I asked where the air filter went on the new unit, the technician couldn't tell me and said I would have to contact the manufacturer. We were also never provided with the warranty information for the new equipment. We were told it would be emailed to us, but we never received it. The most disappointing experience happened yesterday. My grandmother is on hospice and is dying. She can barely get around, and on one of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures around 92°F, her air conditioner stopped working. I called at 9:00 a.m. and was told they couldn't come until the next day unless we paid a $295 emergency service fee. After spending over $13,000 with this company and needing service calls year after year, I expected better treatment, especially under these circumstances. In the past, I left positive reviews because my grandmother was repeatedly encouraged and pretty much hassled to do so. She always wanted to support local businesses, even when she wasn't satisfied. Looking back, I feel it was important to share our honest experience. If customers stay silent, other families--especially elderly customers--may end up going through the same thing. As of this review, my grandmother's air conditioner is still not working, and we will not be spending another penny with this company. read more

I called this company on a Monday because my refrigerator was not working properly. They sent a tech to look at it and arrived after a couple of hours. He was here no more than 20 minutes. He said he needed to order a part and would be back on Friday to install it. He said I would have to pay half of the cost up front and the other half when he returned to finish he job. That half was $187.00 dollars. After he left, the fridge started working perfectly and did so all week. I told him that it had been working perfectly all week on Friday when he returned. He shrugged it off and installed a temperature detecter which after seeing it I can't imagine would cost more than $15. It took 5 minutes to install it. I gave him another $187.00 dollars. So, for 20 minutes of labor and at the very most a $20 part I was charged $374 for a very simple repair of a refrigerator that was then working perfectly. This is a scam! read more

I called Central One to fix my broken stove. It took 5 visits to get it fixed. The first visit, the tech didn't bring the right tools to fix it. The second visit, he had the tools, but didn't bring the correct part. The third visit, he didn't have the right part. Note, there was about a week in between each of these vists. Despite these problems being on their end, they never made any effort to get us on the schedule more quickly. This visit was a few days before the holidays, and I was told they couldn't get the part in for nearly three week, after Christmas, when I was hosting family with an unworkable oven. I had already paid for the part through them, but I was able to find it myself and quick ship it at a cost of ~$400, and the tech said he could come back to fix it. On that fourth visit visit, he replaced the broken part with the one I had ordered, but he said it still wasn't working and he'd have to come back after the holidays with a more senior tech. When the two of them came back, the senior tech determined that the oven had in fact been fixed it on the last visit, but the tech didn't know how to turn the oven on, and that was the problem. Overall, it took over a month to get fixed, and I paid an additional $400 out of pocket to order my own part. I called numerous times to ask to have that money refunded given they pocketed what I paid for their part since they didn't use it, and no one ever responded to me. In addition to poor work quality, they had terrible customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

We have been calling the main phone line and emailing the owner since March to receive a refund on a part that didn't fix our dryer issues. As a result, we had to purchase a new dryer. We were ensure a full refund by the repair man. Each time to call to inquire about the refund, we are directed to new people that never get back with us. We have been more than patient. At all costs, I would avoid this business. If you go to the Markham address, no one works in the office. read more

***SCAM ALERT***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are polite and accomodating but completely misleading. Our plummer showed up on time we paid the service fee he looked at our ice maker and told me the problem with it, which I told the office over the phone when I called to schedule. He assured me there would be no additional cost after paying for parts and labor for a second visit he would have to make to replace a sensor. I was naive and payed a deposit which he required to schedule the next visit. At the next visit he installed the part we payed the other half he said if it doesn't work we'll come back and get it working for you no charge give it a few days. We did, IT DIDNT WORK so we called and then he said we needed to pay for parts and labor to replace the whole ice maker the cost was astronomical and he wanted a deposit. It was already extremely expensive to put in a sensor which he said woyld work and if it didn't they'd fix at no cost, well I guess no cost to these bums means $1000 + dollar!!! read more

SHERWOOD, Arkansas. NOT California. Not impressed. Fairly friendly. Close to $100 for estimate. Freezer door needs rubber gasket. He said part would be close to $300. I looked online for the exact part for my model refrigerator $60-$130 for the part. Estimate was wishy, washy. About $500-$600 for part, labor, defrosting, steaming depending on blah, blah, blah. The guy showed up. He did not take out the first tool or look inside my washer & said he was not doing this bc it was a two person job and left. He was at my house less than 4 minutes and now they want an insane trip charge for his short visit. I wasted a day waiting on him and taking off work.
