There were cracks in the foundation that ran from one exterior wall to another exterior wall presumably allowing moisture to enter the house from below the foundation damaging the flooring. I Googled and found Alpha Foundations. The company had a lot of great reviews. After meeting with the salesperson, we contracted with the company to void fill by injecting expandable polyfoam under the foundation to stabilize our front room, kitchen, and living room. They were able to schedule the repair within 3 weeks. The Foreman Joshua Woodfork called the evening before to let me know his estimated time of arrival the next morning. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and got started right away. He took pictures as he made the repair and texted them to me afterward. He injected areas as planned and used his level to make sure it stabilized / compacted with the dirt. He went around every room and the level changed 0.1 (10th of an inch) to ensure stabilization. He drilled the injection holes 3-4 feet apart covering the entire section on contract. The repair came with a 5 year warranty with annual inspections. The company keeps a record of what was recommended and what was done for annual inspections. I highly recommend Josh and Alpha Foundations!

Jeff and his team arrived and had a professional appearance which, to me translates in to a job that will be done with the needed attention to detail. He and his team even took steps to ensure my newborn was not being disturbed during each part of the process; which in my experience is not something you come across very often. Not only did I witness his ENTIRE crew working very hard (taking few breaks), but Jeff, the supervisor, also came out daily to conduct spot checks and asked I walk with him in order to explain each part of the process to ensure I was properly informed. Their work was also very well done and initially I was worried the completed work wouldn't be aesthetically pleasing. I have to admit, the way Jeff and his crew did the waterproofing job made it appear as though it was all part of the landscaping plan for the house. They even ensured the materials they used matched the exterior or my home as well as the trim. At the completion of the job, I also received a follow up visit from Jeff and Chelsea to ensure everything was completed to his standards. Following his inspection, he determined he didn't like how a particular portion of the job looked and later came out to add more rock in order to make the look of the landscaping more full and also trimmed one of the pipes to better conceal it. Should my wife and I move and purchase another home or even need anything additional with our current home, I will 100% be calling Foundation Masters. Paying a little more than 'the other guys' was beyond worth it in my book as the general 'headache' associated with home projects was nonexistent. In my eyes that alone is worth it! To Jeff and his team, thank you very much for such a professional, informative, and seamless experience!

Do not use Quigley Inspection Services. We hired them for a four-point inspection and we had Phil…read moreTori as the Inspector. He stated on the inspection report our HVAC system as a 2023 system like also listed on the MLS listing. We bought the house April 2024. A few weeks ago our outside unit failed. The AC company which came out to fix it found out that the outside unit is a 2016 and not as stated from Quigley as a 2023! The air handler is a 2023! Fact is we have to deal now with a failing outside compressor already which shouldn't be if Phil Tori from Quigley would have taken his duties seriously. But it looks like he only relied on the MLS listing instead of checking the label on the outside compressor. Instead of having a peace of mind for 10-12 years we have to deal with installing a new one already. Our house is 2200 SF and it needs a 5-ton-outside unit, which costs around 6-7k. Our real estate agent contacted them and told us, that the owner Tarin Quigley will call us which she never did. Though I called them. Wow what an experience. They get loud, don't let you speak out, cut you off when you want to say something and blame you to treat them badly! Tried to come up with excuses that it is already over a year since the four-point home inspection and therefore not under warranty anymore! Fact is, that Phil Tori neglected his duties as a home inspector and that the home inspection report is false! We signed something back then, which wasn't true and overlooked from Quigley Inspection Services. We wanted to get them to be responsible for that and the costs which we will face now. The only thing Tarin Quigley came up with was a refund of $650, the fee we paid for the inspection. Because she never let me speak out over the phone and always cut me off during the phone call I agreed then to the refund. The same day she sent me a release form first which we have to sign first to get a refund. This release form forbids us to make any bad reviews on any platform and more! I even don't know if that is legal? Now I know why their reviews are so good! My husband and I ditched the refund to be able to come here and to make an honest review, to warn other people. Don't go with Quigley Inspection Services. They are rude, unprofessional and they don't take responsibility! No even better Tarin Quigley wrote it was no wrong-doing!
