It was in this shop that I first introduced the husband to ramen noodles in a packet (super cheap in Canada where I'm originally from) and he's now hooked .. so yay to oriental food shop in a hidden corner of an industrial estate! We picked up the noodles, several packages of dried rice noodles, some pork marinade (dried and paste), siu mai, a good quality wok and other delightful things. A couple of times I've even got to watch red squirrels eat while I dined. The chowder is really good - huge mussels and I recommend the smoked garlic bulb to start it's a real mix of flavours. The bloody mary with black garlic vodka is sweeter than my preference but they brought out the vampire slayer hot sauve which balanced thar out and gave a massive kick! Some horseradish would make it even better. Children will enjoy the play equipment and fancy chickens and it's also fun to try all the samples in the farm shop. I'm a big fan of the garlic mayo.
