Dr. Fishman is excellent. He is good at his job, cares a lot, and is always open to feedback. When I told him I was getting a second opinion, he encouraged it, which is always a huge green flag for me. It's also a bonus that all of the receptionists and assistants are very kind and helpful. I am very picky about doctors, but I have no complaints of Dr. Fishman or his office. I am also disabled and transgender and he has never passed any judgement or offered any unsolicited advice. He and his staff all use my proper name and pronouns. I highly recommend Hampton Dermatology. read more

I saw a physician's assistant, which was fine. She spent 90 seconds with me, told me her husband had the same thing (some kind of bites, but I don't really know). She prescribed two creams and said it would be better in two weeks. She was clearly not even Interested in looking at it. It's now been two weeks and it is no better. it's actually worse than it was when I saw her. I have never put a review on Yelp, but this is bad. read more

Hampton dermatology absolutely ruined my sons skin. A PA decided to give my son who had minimal acne differin causing a purge during the beginning of the summer which caused so much damage. It was irresponsible and lazy and just horrible. I do NOT recommend this practice at all. read more

I have seen SO many dermatologists over the years. So many, I cannot keep track anymore. It started with a skin condition; the derm had good reviews but he gave me an ointment that did nothing. My pediatrician father gave me something else that gave me relief in 2 days. Then I went to another, then another, and finally a friend recommended a derm focused on POC, apparently she was derm to the top stars. No difference. All of them gave me some medicines and asked me to return in a month. While I suffered and suffered. I went to Dr. Fishman expecting little. And came away relieved. My first eczema he treated and it went away, finally I got some relief after months of suffering and antibiotics and repeated derm visits. I went again to him for acne and again he recommended something that started delivering results in a day! I am very impressed with him. In all my years, I have lived in NYC and been to the top derms, but I will now venture out here to see Dr. Fishman. He gives results. Very very good. Finally my search for a good derm has ended. And he doesn't push expensive products and samples on you, unlike every other derm. read more
