The stay was amazing. Breakfast was full. Works were helpful. Will stay again. Beds were comfy. My kids had a blast in the pool

We booked a room on July 4th. Upon arrival half of the parking lot was condoned off with yellow tape. The check in went well as we were pre-booked. Our room was clean. The air conditioner was on high so it was like walking into a refrigerator, nothing a simple adjustment didn't fix. After 9 hours of driving we were ready for bed. A short time later we were awakened by loud explosions and voices outside our window. We realized why the parking area was taped off. There was a fireworks show there. This continued for 2 hours. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well making the drive the next day difficult. This would have been a good stay if it were'nt for the fireworks. read more

Be careful, I called for a two night stay rate over the phone and booked for two nights. When I checked out I asked for a copy of my bill, the 2nd night was $100 more than the first night!!! I said there is a mistake, but of course the manager is the only one who can adjust and they are not here today.....so I called the next day and was told no we are not going to adjust your rate!!!! Don't stay here there are other honest hotels in Jamestown!!!! read more

Booked 3 rooms for 1 night each. Only one room had curtains in the window. The other 2 rooms faced the Walmart Parking lot and had no curtains. In one of the rooms the heat wasn't working. WILL BE BOOKING FAIRFIELD FOR MY HILTON DIAMOND EXECS GOING FORWARD. Reba, the general manager, was practically screaming at me in the phone "NO COMPS". read more

We only stayed for one night while we were driving though. The hotel was pretty nice and mostly what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. I did have a few small issues with the room. The house behind the hotel was setting off fireworks until at least 1 am. This isn't the hotel's fault, but it did make it hard to sleep. The comforters were also way too hot. Without it, it was too cold, and with it it was so heavy I was hot. And the water pressure in the shower was way too low. Minor complaints aside, the room was nice. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay. read more

Very nice clean hotel with friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff from the housekeeping staff to the front desk administrator. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I will be staying here again and recommend this hotel to others while in the Jamestown area. I'm sure your stay will be as relaxing and enjoyable as mine has been. read more

Terrible customer services I will never stay here again. Manager Reba has no professionalism. Hung up on me called me a liar, and threaten to call the cops if I didn't get my items out in 30 minutes. Story ....when I made reservation I asked if they allowed dogs... YES! Brought my emotional support dog through the front door signed a paper to allow the dog with the front desk person they acknowledged my 10 pound dog..... "SAID HOW CUTE" After two days in my stay they kick us off property. Reba said we tried to SNEAK my dog in. But remind you front desk person had me sign a paper to allow the dog. Then charged us 250$ for breaking North Dakota law Told me! read more

Fairly decent place, one of the nicer hotels in this area. Good to see this community expanding and quality services are being implemented. The Hampton shares a lot with a super Walmart, this makes for good shopping if you're into Walmart...! Overall this was a nice clean hotel, good service and easy access to freeway. read more

Nice room. Friendly front desk. Hot breakfast. Issues were I asked for a crib to be in my room as we were arriving late. I had to get it from the front desk and assemble it myself which woke the baby up. We were up half of the night at that point. I'd suggest they have it ready. There was urine on the front of the toilet and a LOT of hair in the tub. I had to make a Walmart run (which is right behind the hotel) for bathroom cleaning supplies so I could give the babies baths in the morning. Lastly, the king suite with kitchen is lacking at best. Small fridge, sink, and microwave. We were under the impression it had a small cook too and an actual fridge. Maybe dishes and soap to use, nothing like that at all. Had to also get dish soap at Walmart to wash bottles and toddler cups. Beds were comply. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were great. read more

Excellent experience! We stayed this weekend as a little 'staycation' to celebrate a birthday, clean, welcoming hotel with a modern feel, breakfast was fantastic and definitely offers something for everyone! Great pool that is spacious, while being manageable to feel safe with the kids, and a large hot tub with powerful jets made for a very relaxing environment! Interactions with staff was simply world class! They were friendly, polite professionals, we were greeted and checked in by the general manager whom immediately made us feel welcome and invited, housekeeping had smiles on their faces and were very helpful! This was my first time at a Hampton, and most certainly will not be our last!! read more

Could have been better could have been worse. Hot tub was shut down due to water build up on the windows due to temperatures!? The windows where loaded with water due to normal pool heat anyway. Fridge still had items in it. Hot water ran out. Room was ok beds better then a lot of places we stay but still had a rise in the center. Staff was polite. Breakfast was decent. Probably will be going back to our normal Marriott property next stay in town. read more

The staff was always helpfu.l The continental breakfast was a bit better than the usual norm; pancakes and bacon were great. The multiple types and flavored creamers were available 24/7. The pool and spa were always working perfectly. The mushroom waterfall was great for kids and adults alike. The spa Jets were very powerful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and remodeled a little upscale. The darkening blinds had no gap. As this was a small family reunions they were very generous about allowing a bunch of us sit in the extended lobby area chit chatting until we were done, no questions asked. We called direct to the location ahead of time, spoke with the night man "Mike" who was a tremendous help. He found us the best available discount (we $napped that up before it was too late) and made sure our confirmation email was delivered even before we got off the phone! When we checked in, we were tended to by Haley, who was also a great ambassador for the location and the brand. I had a LOT of questions, and she had great answers for all of them. The price was right, location was easy to find very near I-94, breakfast was a welcome relief from the usualy plastic-wrapped pastry and boxed juice or milk. The pool and spa were a delight after 10 hours on the road. But it does come back to people, that's what makes the cut every time. Way to go, Mike and Haley! Love this hotel! Best one in Jamestown. The staff was friendly. The pool area is so nice! We had a great stay here!
