Got to the hotel around at 10:30 PM after a long flight to Memphis. The staff was super friendly. I noted on my reservation that I suffer from allergies and would like to be placed in a non-pet friendly room. I brought my wipes to wipe down the room and spray with Lysol. stopped at the nearby Walmart on my way in. The chair to the desk was heavily soiled. tried to call the front desk neither phone worked. It was storming outside. I was so tired from the long day showered. I was glad I had two beds because the first one was not fresh. Pulled back the covers looked like someone had already slept in the bed. Sheets dingy and you tell they had not been changed. Second bed was ok. The carpet needed cleaning After being there for about an hour I begin itching itching itching. I knew then I was dealing with pet dander. It stormed seemed all night. Next morning, figured out both phones were unplugged from the wall. I had little fine bumps all over like a heat rash. Suggest have rooms that are non pet friendly for people who suffer from allergies. Remove soiled furniture, clean the carpet and make sure all beds are changed after each stay. Stay was on 08/09/23

Super friendly and helpful staff and management. Rooms are clean and well maintained. WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. I didn't use the workout room but it appeared to be in good shape. Breakfast was always great and had good variety with nice strong coffee. Definitely a great place to stay locally!

Hampton Inns and Suites in Millington, TN is a fantastic hotel to stay at if you are in the area! I was in Millington for a few days for work and I'm glad I had an opportunity to stay here. From the get go, I was welcomed with a smile from Donna at the front desk at about 9pm. She checked me into my room quickly and added my Hilton Membership to my room. At the front seat, they also give you fresh cookies so that was a nice treat. I went up to my room on the 3rd floor (4 floors max) and entered into my two queen beds room. The room was very clean and well organized. There were several outlets, lights, and towels. The housekeeper made a shirt and tie design out of the towels in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The hotel was very quiet overall and there are both firm and soft pillows on the beds. For the morning, they serve a continental breakfast which was pretty nice. You could have scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruits and more. Very satisfying! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Millington, TN. This will be the hotel that I choose when I'm in town.

Another great visit to a Hampton Inn. Was greeted with a smile and clean room. Covid issues were like everywhere else.

Not fun to deal with after a 4 hour drive. This was the first of many red flags. 2. The buildings are filled with people standing around in the catwalks, smoking, drinking, and also getting high in their cars. Pretty obvious teen prostitution, or maybe just young girls milling about wearing low cut bathing suit tops and small shorts in 35 degree weather maybe maybe? 3. Our key did not work. We got another key, which also did not work. 4. She assigned us another room on the opposite side of the building, which I hoped would be more safe. 5. Room # 2 for us was a disaster: A. Beds were obviously recently used, unmade with major stains and cigarette burns on the sheets for all to see. B. German cockroaches ran about the floor as we turned on the brighter lights and walked around. There were several already smashed into the floor, indicating a prior infestation. C. The mirrors near the bathroom were partially smashed, and there was decent drywall damage. D. The toilet was non-stop running when we walked in, which wasn't a huge deal if it was the only issue. E. There was a fist-sized ball of human hair stuck to the wall of the shower, which was the absolute last draw for me. We walked packed up our vehicles with our belongings as I had to make my third trip to the front desk. I met a kind older woman who stopped me while she was in her nice car to ask if I would stayed at the hotel and if I l would recommend it. I told her no on both. She also told me that she found her room was dirty and full of bugs. We both asked for a refund and left the area. I hope the people that own this place work harder to get it cleaned up, if not I would guess it will be shut down pretty soon. Y'all can do better!

The person behind the desk said that the only room that my Mom reserved was the was that she was in. We had to call a Hilton rep to get a reservation number to bring down to the front desk person, which helped her find the second room. Once we got in the room, we were pretty grossed out. The sink was dirty, the bed sheet had pilling on it and a stain on the side showing that the sheets weren't even changed, and more as shown in the pictures. They have you sign a paper stating that you won't have any parties, but even at 1:00am in the morning we heard tons of people talking loudly in their rooms and walking up and down the halls from within our room. You couldn't pay us to stay here again.

Now he did not turn back to her until the play was finished. He was a pleasant guy but after a long day of travel, you just want to get to your room. The room was not as clean as it should be. Looks like the room is cleaned after each guest but deep cleaning is omitted. My shower had dark mound like stains under the shelves where water drops regularly. Muck along the edges of the walls and fingernail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. The body wash dispenser had nothing in it and there was no conditioner for those of us who need conditioner. A sign saying that the hotel was out of body wash would have helped me yo understand I needed to take soap into the shower with me. Breakfast was the same. There was a lady behind the breakfast counter, but not paying full attention to the guest experience. The coffee was empty and glasses for juice were so far back on the top shelf only someone over 6 foot could reach them. Both of these things were things that moving from behind the counter would have revealed. There was absolutely no fruit out for guests either. I'm deadly allergic to red meat and dairy products, so fruit is my go to item. Walmart not far away has lots of fruit in their shelves, so there is no National shortage. I called for a late check out and was only given 1/2 hour, with out being given a chance to explain my issue. As I said the staff on the surface are nice, but truly don't understand the customers experience.

A…read morelot of the comforts that I have at home I like to feel that a little of that is always with me. I've stayed in fancy, pricey hotels and there are times when I want a little pampering, most of the time I just want to feel comfortable and relaxed like I am at home. Well we know that no hotel will ever replace your home and that many don't come close to it and I'm not saying that this one does, but it was clean spacious and it smelled very nice. The only reason why it doesn't have five stars is because when I arrived there was no one in the check-in booth and I had to track down one of the cleaning ladies to find the lady to check me in. I was already tired after driving eight hours straight and all I wanted to do was just get into my room and relax and due to no one being in the check in that delayed my comfort a little and I didn't really like that but, they were very apologetic and quick to meet my needs. This hotel I found on booking.com and it got good reviews but i usually like to find out for myself if a place is worthy of a good review. When we're talking about a place that I'm going to lay my head down, I want to make sure that I'm getting exactly what I deserve and what I pay for. This hotel is located in Millington Tennessee and it is directly off the highway coming into the town. It's very easily visible and accessible and to my surprise there wasn't a lot of people staying in it. Some people might find that a bad thing, but I found it rather comfortable. Knowing that I wasn't going to have to hear loud noises from people living above me or next-door to me or loud music in the parking lot gave me peace of mind knowing that there weren't many guests. This hotel is also located in the midst of all Millington Tennessee has to offer in regards to restaurants and shopping so you pretty much have everything at the tip of your fingers. I do admit the bedding is a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable and at the end of the day that is all that matters. If you're ever in the Millington or Memphis area (Memphis is only 30 minutes away so this is also a good alternative to stay at instead of trying to book a hotel the busy crowded Memphis area) check them out.
