Even though the hotel is slightly dated, the property and the rooms are very clean. The fridge and the microwave in the room was very useful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is in a good area next to a lot of restaurants and the Treasure Coast Mall.

I don't write reviews for too many hotels but Hampton Stuart stood out to me. We were up for the weekend for a random concert we wanted to see. I did a quick look around at different hotels and this Hampton stood out with good reviews, nice breakfast, and close to downtown. Turns out, all of that was true and then some. we got there early and the gal at the desk was helpful in getting us checked in early. She was funny and cheerful too which says alot. We got in our room which was just perfectly fine. For the price it was a win. We were happy with all of it. The next morning i went out and the breakfast area was packed. I think the word was out they had a good one. I came back about 20 minutes later and it had cleared up. I thought the place would look mauled but the staff was on top of it! Only glitch was the OJ was out, and the gal working came up and said she would get that replaced right away, and did. Solid spot, with friendly people. And a heck of a waffle station!

We visited here recently for a mini vacation. Our check in process was fine. The staff was friendly. And although the room we reserved online wasn't ready, we were able to check in to a room right nearby. We weren't recognized as being Diamond members nor did we receive any comp snacks. As we were leaving, I questioned this, and they told me we had to ASK for them. Not sure if this is a new Hampton Inn policy, but we've never had to do this ever before. Not so much friendly by the other/future staff -- including one guy who hadn't been there before to see us come and go frequently and questioned me being in the lobby (!) The room was typical Hampton Inn. We are usually upgraded so it seemed a bit small, but it had all the amenities we needed. And we were only there for a couple days and not in the room very much. The included breakfast is always a perk. This breakfast was okay. We've had better at other Hampton Inns, but we didn't go hungry. There's always something to find to eat from the choices. The best thing about this Hampton Inn is the convenience of the property -- right on Federal Highway/US one -- which offered us a fast trip to wherever we were going for meals, sightseeing, and shopping.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room.

The entire hotel complex is extremely well kept. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly from the front desk staff to the food staff and cleaning staff. The breakfast was excellent every morning. It was so good that we made it a point to talk to the women that prepared it. Both Norma and Deanna were still here making wonderful breakfast every morning. We were impressed to see the same women here from our stay here a few years back. That is a testament to the management at this particular hotel. The location of this hotel is also very convenient and with its wonderful staff it makes your stay really pleasant. Don't think twice about booking a stay at this gem of a hotel!

Not much to say about the Hampton Inn. Very consistent brand; clean, good service. Good night sleep and nice breakfast included. I usually stay at either Hampton Inn or Marriott Courtyard; can't go wrong.

We made our reservation with Larissa on November 17 for December 8-10. The purpose of our trip was my granddaughter's wedding. I called on Friday, December 6 to check that our reservation was confirmed. When we landed at West Palm Beach airport, I called again around 11 AM to see if we could have an early check in but no rooms were available. We went straight to the hotel and were told again that there were no rooms available at that time. John suggested that we have lunch at the dolphin bar and Grill down the street. After our lunch, we came back around 2:30-3pm to check in and only then were we informed that on Monday, December 9 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM the water would be shut off. At no time in my previous interactions with staff were we told about the water issue. We were traveling with an infant and had all of our luggage already unpacked and out of the car in the lobby. At that time we were already late to the rehearsal for the wedding that we were in town for. The day of my granddaughter's wedding I had to shower at 8am in order to get down to breakfast before 10 AM. I needed to do my hair and make up. I had to style my hair with bottled water. We had to ask the staff for bottled water, no water offered to us. I also had to use the bathroom before we left for the wedding and was told that we would have at least one flush in our room toilet. The feces did not flush and lingered in our room the entire day and was not flushed until we came back to our room around 9:30-10 PM that night. When we complain to the manager, John, he said that it was a routine maintenance that is performed every year. We don't understand why we were not informed ahead of time so that we could have made other arrangements. There are also other guests attending the wedding that stayed at your hotel. People were talking about it at the event. It was embarrassing for our family. This was supposed to be one of the most memorable days of my life, and it was marred by this. I have attached pictures of the room. They said that the popcorn ceiling was recently redone and that is why it's dusty but there were obvious signs of neglect on the cleanliness on the room.

The customer service was the best at check-in, Marcia, and at check-out, Paula. Thanks to them, my stay was perfectly unforgettable, and I look forward to returning. The room they gave us was super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included and it is really worth it since the people who serve you are excellent hosts. I've heard the event used to be held at a different venue, but many people seem thrilled with the move to this location. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. You really can't go wrong with an event held near the water, even if you don't get a direct view since there's no actual windows upstairs(that I've noticed). The space is elegant, well-designed, and consistently organized to perfection each year. Everything runs smoothly, from valet parking at the entrance to easy access via stairs or elevator. The second floor is mostly hallways with large ballrooms throughout, making it easy to navigate between spaces. Overall, it's always such a fun and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a special event or function--you won't be disappointed.

The only availability they had was for Saturday morning at 9 am for 60 minutes. I agreed and made the booking. I asked if we would have access to the other amenities at the spa and they informed that it was a small spa, but you could have access to the pools. The day of the massages we arrived early to fill out paperwork, changed and sat in the relaxation room until it was time for our appointment. They did offer us complimentary water, tea, and cookies. I think at 9 am they could have offered light breakfast pastries instead of cookies and brownies as I know they serve breakfast upstairs. When it was time for the massages, they put my husband and I in separate rooms. I was under the impression that booking a couples massage we would be in the same room. The massages themself were nothing impressive. The staff outside the room were pretty noisy sounded like they were stocking things and talking. Someone even walked into my husband's room during his massage. When we went to check out the person checking us out looked like she might have been training, but she was also not the most pleasant. A 20% gratuity is already included so we paid almost $400. for 2 60-minute massages that were just mid. Not worth the price especially when they don't have any other amenities to offer besides the pool.

Formal Complaint Regarding Our Stay - August 28-30, 2026 We…read moregave the hotel location and Barbara Hurley an opportunity to address our concerns and make this situation right. Unfortunately, the response we received was extremely disappointing and was not taken well by us. Based on our recent stay, we experienced repeated disturbances involving individuals who appeared to be severely intoxicated or potentially under the influence of drugs. The circumstances were so concerning that we no longer feel comfortable returning to this property. August 28, 2026 On the first day of our stay, we observed a woman at the pool area who appeared to be drinking heavily. We left the property for dinner and returned later that evening to enjoy the pool. When we returned, the same woman appeared to be severely intoxicated. She was harassing other guests and eventually entered the pool, where she began harassing my wife and me. After approximately 30 minutes, she swam away and attempted to leave the pool. She appeared so impaired that she rolled out of the pool and had difficulty standing and walking. We were genuinely concerned that she was going to fall and seriously injure herself. My wife approached several women nearby whom we believed might have known her, but they explained that they did not know her and said that she had previously been bothering them and attempting to kiss them. My wife then went to the front desk and informed the staff member on duty that there was a severely intoxicated woman in the pool area who appeared to be a danger to herself and was disturbing other guests. We were particularly concerned because she appeared unable to safely care for herself. According to my wife, the front-desk employee stated that she did not want to call the police because the woman was a regular visitor. Ultimately, my wife and another woman helped get the individual back to a room. We found this response extremely concerning. Regardless of whether someone is a regular visitor, guest safety and the safety of other guests should come first. August 29, 2026 The following day was even more disturbing. While we were enjoying the pool, a couple came into the pool area and began arguing. Because we were trying to relax, we moved underneath the covered area to get away from the disturbance. The couple followed and continued arguing, disrupting the other guests who were attempting to enjoy the pool. We eventually left for dinner. When we returned later that evening, the same couple was again in the pool area and appeared to be severely intoxicated or otherwise impaired. The woman approached my wife and me and repeatedly stated that she was in trouble and feared for her life. She then removed much of her clothing and walked around the pool area partially nude. Despite the situation, we did not see the security guard take effective action to address the disturbance or protect the other guests from what was occurring. At that point, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. In our opinion, the individuals should have been removed from the property and, if appropriate, law enforcement or emergency assistance should have been contacted. August 30, 2026 When checking out, we observed a group of men leaving the property with a woman whom, based solely on our observations, appeared to us to be a prostitute. I want to be clear that I cannot personally verify the identity, occupation, or activities of these individuals. However, combined with everything we experienced during our stay, the situation reinforced our serious concerns about what appeared to be taking place at this property. The repeated incidents involving apparent intoxication, disruptive behavior, possible drug use, inappropriate conduct, and inadequate intervention by hotel personnel have left us with the impression that this property does not provide the safe and comfortable environment that paying guests should reasonably expect. We work hard for our money and should not have to spend our vacation dealing with these types of situations. We will not be returning to this hotel. We are requesting that corporate management conduct a serious investigation into what occurred during our stay, including the response of the front-desk staff and security personnel. We also expect management to review whether appropriate policies and procedures were followed when dealing with severely intoxicated, disruptive, or potentially endangered individuals. We intend to forward this complaint to the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau because we believe these concerns deserve to be formally documented and investigated. We would appreciate a written response addressing each of these incidents and explaining what steps will be taken to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
