The only mild complaint is the AC is a bit noisy, but cooled my room nice and cold and beds are comfortable.

I had a chance to talk with the part time maintenance guy, a retired HVAC pro, they call him Energizer Bunny and it fits. If they gave him the budget he would fix everything, twice. It is also a "budget" place out on a highway a couple miles from the center of a small city - in Arkansas. Remember though location matters and sometimes that more than price point drives the condition of the property. I suspect that a Comfort Suite in Bentonville or Fayetteville is a little more "polished". We stayed for two nights while my wife was visiting Marshall Dry Goods. We had no specific issues. Our bed was fine, the wall cooling unit is a bit loud but they always are at this price point, it was also hot so the poor little thing had no breaks. The shower worked, no issues with the other facilities. It was clean, but there was a very slight background scent, not unpleasant just cleaning fumes layered over 21 years of people coming and going. There is no hot tub, they need to adjust that claim in their posting. The parking lot orientation is also a bit wonky, makes a whole line of the spaces a tight manuver to come and go. Everyone we engaged was pleasant, effective and good ambassadors for the town. We got good recommendations for restaurants that were honest and accurate. If we came back to town would have no reservations about staying again. If money were no object and they could afford to close for a month and do a top to bottom refresh on the whole property, restore the hot tub, heat the pool, fix every roof leak, gym equipment, etc. The old girl could be restored to her full potential.

To say "false advertisement" is an understatement. The lady at the front desk was politely rude, which was unappreciated AND the beds we hard as a rock. I NOR MY family will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I feel like we deserve a refund. Seeing 140$ for the night leave my bank account and then turn around this morning to find the same room we stayed in go for 99$? are you kidding me? This place sucks. I'd be more than happy to change my review.. change your service and apply some hospitality. PSA: when the concierge puts out a sign that the pool is closed AFTER you check in, it may be a little shady. Also adding, that there isn't a hot tub on the property, when that was 99% the reason to go bc of our daughter.. it RUINED our whole weekend.

Opened up the door finally and stepped in and almost fell out because of all the cigarette smoke smell it was horrible. Walked on in and the floor was dirty and all stained up looked terrible. Was super hot so started turning on lights, one lamp was flashing so looked closer and the shade on it was broken and laying on the bulb where you could see where the shade was burning from being on the bulb. Looked at the bed, 3 half size pillows, the pic showed 5 large ones for a king size but was just me so was ok, also only a sheet and no bedspread. So tired so laid down and looked at the ceiling and seen the fire alarm wasn't there, it looked like it had been ripped down so just wires. Didn't use my CPAP cause didn't want to be forced that smoky air. Bed was so hard so didn't get but a few hours of sleep. Woke up early, while standing at the sink brushing my teeth I touched the sink and thought the whole thing was gonna fall on me, that would of been bad. Was going to make coffee but it didn't work either. Have stayed before over the years but they have let it just completely run down. They need to close it and fix it up or shut it down. Don't stay here, I will not be back there. I will pay a few more dollars and stay at one of the others.

We had stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience, which made this recent…read morefive-night stay across three rooms especially disappointing. The property no longer feels like the hotel we remembered, and the overall cleanliness, breakfast, and customer service have noticeably declined. On our first night, we opened the pull-out sofa for our child and found Cheetos, Cheetos stains, and hair on the bedding. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to report the issue and obtain clean bedding. It was extremely unpleasant and concerning that the sleeping area had not been properly cleaned. We also repeatedly experienced problems with the new coffee machines, which produced poor-quality coffee with grounds in the cups. I reported the issue to three breakfast staff members and a front desk employee, but nothing improved. After checkout, we learned that K-cups were available at the front desk, but no one mentioned this alternative when we first reported the problem. The breakfast offerings have also declined significantly. There were fewer choices, little variety from day to day, bacon only once during our five-day stay, and no longer a juice machine. Cookies that were previously available at check-in were also gone. When my sister asked about the cookies, she was told they were only made depending on "who is working and if they want to make them." Regardless of whether cookies are guaranteed, the response felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The most frustrating issue involved a disputed towel charge. I was charged for a towel stain that I do not believe we caused and contacted the hotel to question it. After my initial call, I followed up twice by email and received no response for weeks. I eventually had to contact the corporate office to get someone to address my concern, and only after that--and a third email to the hotel--did I finally receive a response. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating, particularly given that we had already dealt with a significant housekeeping issue ourselves on the first night. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor, but together they reflect a noticeable decline in cleanliness, consistency, communication, and customer service. We understand that ownership or operations can change, but those changes should not come at the expense of basic guest care. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment compared with our previous experiences. The repeated housekeeping and coffee problems, reduced breakfast offerings, dismissive staff interactions, disputed charge, and especially the lack of follow-up from management left us feeling that our concerns were not important. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, because there is a significant difference between the experience we once enjoyed and what we experienced this time.
