There was a sign posted stating the hotel was sold out, another asking guests to be mindful of quiet hours due to anticipated noise issues, and yet another indicating staff had stepped away. The biggest issue was that the TV service stopped working after I changed the channel. When I reported the problem, I was told that once a room is assigned, they are not allowed to move guests to another room, despite the issue not being resolved. I understand that busy days happen, but customer service and problem resolution should not suffer as a result. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I have filled it out and placed on the door knob but they never brought the items I requested. Also they never sent me the receipt via email as the Clark said she will. It was the closet facility to the Lakepoint and that is the reason I chose to stay here. But I won't be back to stay here. Just poor services.

If you come here, bring Deet to spray on your body and bug killer to spray around the perimeter of the floors. Oh, mosquitos on the toilet as well. Gym weight equipment was essentially non-functional as all thepoarts had loose bolts and pulley/cable links broken. Barnsley has started to become a dump. I'd bet Private Equity now owns some or all of it and has pulled their usual "strip away expenses and maintenance and no one will notice", as decided by a 24 year old finance major. There were so many thoughtful touches, like handcut flowers in a vase, a personalized note from the owner greeting us with our keys, corkscrew, ice bucket, and wine glasses. We had the privilege of speaking with Lynn, the owner, and she was so helpful and friendly. The inn was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is within convenient driving distance.
