Staff showed no willingness to accommodate IHG members and even told me, "You can leave and find another hotel," after I simply requested a top-floor room. The overall environment was hostile and unwelcoming to guests. Additionally, the staff repeatedly lied about room availability, claiming that top-floor rooms would be available the following days, which was untrue. The combination of racist behavior and deplorable hotel conditions makes me never want to stay here again.

Then after returning from a full day out, we came back to an untouched room that was supposed receive "limited" services due to the holiday (although the prices due not reflect limited pricing as customers receive less services). When we called the front desk, I asked what services were supposed to be provided, she said towels and trash. I then requested for towels and trash since it was 8pm and neither were done. There was no apology, accountability - just an ok. So, again, expect "limited" services and "limited" professionalism.
