When I filled out the survey, customer service was great and gave me points for the inconvenience. All of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming, which really made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the staff repeatedly lied about room availability, claiming that top-floor rooms would be available the following days, which was untrue. The combination of racist behavior and deplorable hotel conditions makes me never want to stay here again.
