Always stay at a Hampton! Shoot been here quite a few times and always comeback. Nice and clean and the bathrooms are spotless! You can't go wrong here. Hot breakfast in the mornings also.

3rd floor hallway which was "complete"...

This hotel is under MAJOR RENOVATION... (see pictures I've added) We checked out almost as quickly as we checked in. A lady who just checked out warned us as we arrived that we shouldn't plan on sleeping as LOUD construction started promptly at 7:00AM each morning. The girl at the front desk was nice enough and there was technically nothing wrong with the room, but the hotel was under MAJOR renovation. Upon entry into the hotel the carpet was ripped up so we walked on concrete, the wallpaper had mostly been removed and just had pieces swaying in the breeze. It literally looked like they were renting out a framed out house without any of the interior build out. The check in area had a floor to ceiling tarp with construction supplies all behind it. There was paper all over the floor for construction workers to walk on. The elevator was trashed. The 3rd floor had an entire hallway marked off with 2x4's over the entry and a tarp hanging down that said construction area. SHAME on YOU for having a hotel open when doing such major renovations. Extra shame on you for charging roughly the same as Springhill Suites when you don't offer 1/10 the experience or space.

Construction notices.

Although I had already checked in via the app, I stopped by the front desk to pick up a physical key, which I usually do as a backup. As someone relatively new to Hilton Garden Inn, I asked whether any complimentary upgrades were available. The response I received, something about water in the room, was a bit confusing and didn't clearly address the question. Later, when we left the room with recyclable bottles, I asked the same front desk staff member about recycling options. Again, the response was unclear and I was directed toward a water fountain, which didn't answer the question. I shared this experience with the general manager, Veronica, who was receptive and professional. She explained that the property does not have recycling options and said she would address this with management and use the situation as a coaching opportunity to improve staff communication and customer engagement. The room itself was fine and met expectations, with no major issues. It's also worth noting that the hotel does not have suites--only standard and accessible rooms--so upgrades should not be expected, as confirmed by the general manager. Overall, a decent stay, and I appreciate management's willingness to listen and improve. Hopefully, communication will be smoother on future visits.

The staff at the front desk could've been more friendlier. The carpet in the room was sticky and…read morehad a weird smell to it. The water only stays warm when showering. Breakfast was decent. No really complaints there. They have a lot of parking stall so it shouldn't run out. They're walking distant to a bunch of restaurants and Bucee's is about 5 minutes away.

I even heard the guy next door's alarm go off. You can also hear freeway noise all night, if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise great hotel - water is hot and pressure is great. Lots of space for work / luggage.

Everyone was super friendly. I didn't post any photos because there were a lot of other people posted theirs. My wife and I loved how the suites were decorated! It felt just like home! The room was also very clean and smelled very nice. We loved how the bed felt! It was super comfortable and the pillows and sheets were just right. The room was super quiet and you couldn't hear any road noise. The tv had a streaming option where you can sign in to your accounts and pickup where you left off. It signed you out automatically when you exited it. The breakfast in the morning down stairs was very good and tasty and the area was very clean. Thank you SpringHill Suites for an excellent hotel stay! Look forward to staying again! The ONLY negative thing I saw in the room was from the person that did the finish work around our suite with the caulk gun during construction did a very bad job and made a terrible mess of it. It was all over the sink and wall as well as the shower door and floor. I'm surprised it passed and wasn't seen by superintendent and made to fix it.... lol
