As someone relatively new to Hilton Garden Inn, I asked whether any complimentary upgrades were available. The response I received, something about water in the room, was a bit confusing and didn't clearly address the question. Later, when we left the room with recyclable bottles, I asked the same front desk staff member about recycling options. Again, the response was unclear and I was directed toward a water fountain, which didn't answer the question. I shared this experience with the general manager, Veronica, who was receptive and professional. She explained that the property does not have recycling options and said she would address this with management and use the situation as a coaching opportunity to improve staff communication and customer engagement. The room itself was fine and met expectations, with no major issues. It's also worth noting that the hotel does not have suites--only standard and accessible rooms--so upgrades should not be expected, as confirmed by the general manager. Overall, a decent stay, and I appreciate management's willingness to listen and improve. Hopefully, communication will be smoother on future visits.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and cozy, and the bathroom lighting was warm and pleasant. However, there are two things that could definitely be improved. First, the conditioner in the bathroom seemed spoiled -- it looked like decomposed milk, so we could not use it. Second, breakfast was not included, and when I asked the night before about the breakfast hours, we were told it was served until 11:00 AM. The next morning, however, we were told the schedule had changed, even though the paper with the hotel information had not been updated. At 10:50 AM, they told us that if we wanted, we could pay for lunch instead. Honestly, I thought it was a joke.

Maybe I should not write reviews when I'm emotional but here goes: it's a Sunday morning decided to grab a booking so I didn't have to book it across town after an event last night. I closed the blinds, turned off all my cell phone alarms and nestled into the high quality sheets and BAM! what the? Woke up to the sounds of two dogs barking. Wait this is a dream. No. is that in the room next to me? That's right you got it, I am sleeping in a dog friendly hotel. Good news is Rover can stay the night, but if you plan on sleeping in, maybe even just a wink, don't plan on it. You may be staying in a room next to Cujo and his brother. Omg no way. Ok, so I call downstairs to mention the dog barking. But. It continues. I decide to just get out. I mean, check out. So I spoke to the manager who is pleasant, but I'm in such a bad mood I Didn't even want to get breakfast. Definitely first world problem, but I strongly suggested that if a hotel guest is going to be placed to room next to a guest with dog said guest should be forewarned, at least. There was not even a sign that this dog friendly hotel. No dog treats in the lobby no nothing. Just the sound of two rabid sounding dogs. The Hyatt grounds are nice. It is in Baytown after all. If you your best friend is barking for Pete's sake , take them on a walk. They have pent up energy, unlike their owners do, for allowing them to bark as if their lives depended on it. Unacceptable 1/5. stars do not recommend unless you have behaved dogs.

Everything You Need for a Great Stay !…read more I'm no stranger to the Home2 Suites brand and depending on price and availability, I often choose this Hilton Brand if there is one in the area. On my trip to the Baytown area, I chose this hotel as it was a newer hotel and the price was comparable to other similar hotels in the area. The rooms at Home2 Suites are large and roomy and come with all the amenities you need for one or more nights. The rooms have a kitchenette, plenty of space for your bags, enough room for a Yoga mat, large and comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I also chose this hotel for the gym as it has modern gym equipment and a variety of equipment. The lobby is large and bright and has many areas to work and play for large groups and individuals. The Breakfast has many options incl, including hot and cold food and a selection of fresh fruits. Overall a very good, affordable hotel in the Baytown area.

Everyone was super friendly. I didn't post any photos because there were a lot of other people posted theirs. My wife and I loved how the suites were decorated! It felt just like home! The room was also very clean and smelled very nice. We loved how the bed felt! It was super comfortable and the pillows and sheets were just right. The room was super quiet and you couldn't hear any road noise. The tv had a streaming option where you can sign in to your accounts and pickup where you left off. It signed you out automatically when you exited it. The breakfast in the morning down stairs was very good and tasty and the area was very clean. Thank you SpringHill Suites for an excellent hotel stay! Look forward to staying again! The ONLY negative thing I saw in the room was from the person that did the finish work around our suite with the caulk gun during construction did a very bad job and made a terrible mess of it. Then I needed to stay an extra night and Chintan himself handled it. While it's certainly not the Hilton or Executive, this hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the Printer in the Business Office actually works! I'll be staying here again when I'm in town. Great prices, so if you're looking a little lower price, this is your place - great value for the price.

For example, I tried to pour my dog some water from the sink, but I saw a few odd things in the water. (Little pieces of plastic and a bunch of small little things that I don't know how to identify.). And as I walked further into the room, I saw a strange stain on the bed,the windows were dirty,and there was a strange scent but faint smell on the beds and the fridge along with a bug.. not so sure about this hotel but would've been nicer if they cleaned the rooms better.

This time, we tried Candlewood Suites because it is closer to my dad's home and we don't have to fight the one lane traffic on Garth road all the way to I-10. This place is amazing! There is a full sized refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pool, and free laundry! While there are no ice machines, the refrigerator in your room has an ice maker!!!! There are a couple of outdoor gas grills with seating areas and an outdoor pool. We have decided that this is our go to hotel from now on! All of the front desk people were cheery and courteous especially Cel Osorio! She was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.

Lotsa of nearby food choices that are hella easy to get to compared to the other HI just down the road off of I-10 heading towards Houston. The staff was friendly and the hotel cleanliness was great. I didn't use any facilities like the gym or pool area but it all looked to be in good condition. The hotel though is dated. Not as fresh and new as I am used to. The elevator was dead slow and on departure day, it was totally broken. Being on the 3rd floor, that kinda sucked but at least I was walking down with bags and not up. Though let me clarify that this location is far from a ratty Holiday Inn. That award for shittiest Holiday Inn still goes to Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pensacola West-Navy Base 307 N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506. That by far is THE WORST location ever. Next trip there I may try the other location I mentioned above and see who is better but aside from the elevator, its a good HI Express.

Went down to have them switch us rooms and they didn't have any. The only thing the manager would do was take $20 off or cancel. We had to cancel and go to a different hotel so my newborn would get sick.
