Stayed at this Hampton during my visit to Indy for a dart tournament. The hotel was very clean and updated. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The best part though was the "rain shower head" installed in the shower. I had been wanting to try one of those for years and was so excited when I saw it. It was like standing in a warm rain shower. That alone will sway my decision to stay there again in the future! Only negative I had about the stay was that my room did not get serviced during my 2 night stay. I didnt run out of towels or anything, but its still nice to have a fresh supply and a nice made bed for the end of the day. Overall nice hotel and worth the price.

Good breakfast spread. Clean updated hotel common areas and rooms. Gym was small but didn't use. Pool looked fun. Not bad overall experience

From the free airport shuttle, to the staff being fast and friendly, the room large and comfortable with modern amenities - everything was perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is adjacent to I-70, however, it's also pretty easy to get to if you go into Plainfield on US 40 via SR 267 (as I did). The hotel offers a fitness center, indoor pool, free made-to-order breakfast, an evening reception, an onsite restaurant (The Local, opens at 5pm), room service, an airport shuttle, free parking, free wifi, a large event center, and a surprising amount of accessibility features. I was here primarily for a work conference onsite. The event center is adjacent to the hotel. It's a rather long, somewhat winding hallway that exists between the two. The hallway is pretty wheelchair friendly with low carpet and flooring that is easy to wheel. Embassy Suites has quite a few accessible parking spots, though when I parked at the event center not a single one was available. I ended up parking along the side of the parking lot to ensure my wheelchair had room. I was a speaker at the event and was pleased they had a pretty accessible room and a flexible microphone. I was able to use a clicker and handle the mic independently. I spent some time in the accessible rooms and was impressed. Embassy Suites was clean, employees I met were friendly, and I was impressed that the event rooms allowed a lot of quiet between the rooms. I've gone to a lot of hotel event centers where you could easily hear the room next to you. That wasn't true here. Embassy Suites offers an airport shuttle between 7am-10pm. They have an accessible transportation option with notice. They do allow pets (dogs/cats only, max of 2) with a $75 non-refundable fee for 1-4 nights and $125 fee for 5+ nights. I'm not sure if this applies to service animals (which they permit). The decor strikes me as fairly simple but pleasant. I really like the lobby area and I like that the registration desk is surprisingly accessible. I can remember a time when there were 1-2 small motel options in Plainfield. It's grown quite a bit, however, nearly all the options are by I-70. I'd definitely call this one of the best options. It's certainly one of the best options for those needing event/meeting space. While I was a little turned off by not finding accessible parking and disappointed the restaurant didn't open until 5pm, I'm overall quite pleased here. There are also quite a few surrounding restaurants as this is a quite busy area. I'd definitely return.

Located about 10-15 minutes from the convention center of downtown Indy this was a nice location. East drive and located in a nice area with plenty of shopping and places to eat. The hotel is a pretty standard Marriott which is a good thing. Service here was really good. The lobby was huge and clean and our two king suite with a pull out was spacious and very comfortable. We took advantage of the indoor pool. The pool wasn't the largest but did the trick and me and the kids had fun. They also had a really nice exercise room That we did not take advantage of. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was good with a perfect mix of hot and cold foods depending on appetite. Overall we had an excellent stay here. Would absolutely come back for future events in the downtown Indianapolis area.

Only issue with the room was the sink drained slow. Modern clean lobby with nice bar and sitting area. During our stay, we politely asked about the charges on our room, and the General Manager, Heidi Jacobson, responded with immediate hostility. Instead of addressing the question like any professional in hospitality should, she became aggressive, dismissive, and confrontational. To make matters worse, she then threatened to cancel our reservation if we continued to ask questions. This was shocking and completely out of line. We were calm and respectful, simply trying to understand our bill -- something any guest has a right to do. As a Black family, we left feeling that our race may have played a role in how we were treated. The interaction was not only uncomfortable, it felt intimidating and racially biased. That is absolutely unacceptable from anyone -- especially a Hilton-affiliated General Manager. No guest should ever be threatened or disrespected for asking basic questions, and certainly not made to feel unsafe or unwelcome because of who they are.

Polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was excellent -- all the essentials for a good night's rest before a flight. The free breakfast was also great, with a solid variety of hot and cold options -- eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and more. Everything was fresh and well presented, which is always appreciated when you're heading out early in the morning. However, my biggest issue, and it's a significant one, is the complete lack of an airport shuttle. For a hotel that markets itself as being near the airport, not offering a shuttle is simply inconvenient, unacceptable and disappointing. I had to order an Uber both to and from the airport, which was not only an added expense but also something I shouldn't have had to do given the hotel's location and purpose. When I asked about it, I was told it was due to "COVID reasons," which doesn't make much sense, especially when other nearby hotels do operate their shuttles again. Another thing worth mentioning: the surrounding area feels a bit like a ghost town. Several restaurants and buildings nearby appear abandoned or vacant, which gives the area a somewhat deserted feel at night. It's not unsafe, but definitely quiet -- so keep that in mind if you're planning to walk somewhere for dinner. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is excellent -- clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly staff and great breakfast. I would stay here again if I needed an overnight near the airport, but I sincerely hope they bring back the shuttle service -- it would make a huge difference in convenience and overall experience.
