    Comfortable beds

This is our first time staying at a Hilton hotel and we were very impressed. Relisha at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect spot and was so close to all of the places we needed to go. The little touches make things so special.

There was no hot water in the mornings. Seriously. Luke warm at best. Now, this is a problem that they are aware of, and when I reported my dissatisfaction, they made very positive efforts to reassure me that they were correcting it, and the management reached out personally to apologize and help make amends. Other than that, very comfortable stay - clean rooms, soft sheets on nice beds. Great breakfast buffet in the morning, and hot coffee 24x7. The 'gym' area needs to be Febreezed. Other than that, nice stay.

While the lobby reminded me of Flaco's "Rock me Amadeus" video, lots of diamond tufted furniture I left being impressed. The service was top notch, they offered me a bottle of water every single time I walked past the front desk. The fitness center, which is located in it's own building next to the pool, offers cardio and weights. They offered USA Today as well as The Wall Street Journal. The free breakfast was typical "Hampton Inn", nothing to write home about, but like they say, "You get what you pay for". Plenty of great food in a 5 mile radius. In the mood for BBQ - try Jim & Nick's. Italian - head over to Johnny Carino's. A fan of bar food - Marlow's Tavern & Tilted Kilt are all close by. Need a gift, there's an outlet mall across the street.

    Very clean, slightly dated decor

Clean rooms and courteous staff. Great hotel near interstate and shopping areas. Staff is friendly and attentive. I'd book here again.

From the moment…read moreyou walk through the doors, you're hit with an intense mix of heavily scented cleaner and air freshener. It's not subtle--it's overpowering to the point that it made my eyes water and caused intensely painful headache. The room itself was even worse. The odor was so strong it triggered a headache and nausea, making it incredibly difficult to relax or get any rest--especially frustrating after arriving already sleep-deprived. What added to the experience was the lack of clear or confident communication from staff. I received multiple explanations for the smell--air freshener, cleaning products, even the floors--none of which inspired confidence or resolution. The room also lacked proper ventilation, leaving no way to escape the lingering fumes. Beyond that, the overall experience continued to fall short. The vibe felt off, my room key repeatedly failed to work from outside due to what I was told was a broken door, and parking comes at an additional $9/day. The noise level is bonkers. They said they were full. They stated I would be on the top floor and stocked with coffee and blankets for the bed. As seen by the photos, neither was confirmed or delivered. In contrast, the Hilton next door offers free parking and a much more comfortable, odor-free environment. Overall, this stay was disappointing and far from relaxing. He told me that he didn't have a room for me. I asked if I needed to wait a few minutes until 3:00, he just shrugged and said he didn't know. I was a bit confused, and told him I had a room booked. He just looked at me and said "I don't know, we had 15 rooms that requested a late check out". I was a little bit baffled, so I just stood there looking at him. He eventually got on the phone and spoke to someone, then told me he'd found me a hearing accessible room. He was very dismissive and almost rude during our entire interaction, it was very odd. The room itself was fine, but I'd be very hesitant to book again based on how I was treated. He was working again the next morning when I checked out, and had the same dismissive attitude. The manager reached out to me to discuss what happened, and how they intended to move forward. I really appreciated their response, so I'm updating this review.

Ease of check in was smooth and every accommodation was made on effort to ensure our most comfortable stay. Rooms are immaculately clean, and house keeping does a phenomenal job making sure your room is magnificent every single day. Leaving a tip isn't a bad idea, since showing appreciation for hard work is a nice compliment to someone working hard to make sure your room is brand new and spotless every day. Let me also say, the beds are soooooo comfy! ! Guest services, front desk, are helpful, polite and generally, all try to do their very best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is hard to beat for the cost and quality of the food. Best coffee in town. Lots of choices, wide variety. The manager is always on sight, working harder than anyone, and a jack of all trades. He really does do it all. A small word of caution, complaints are taken very seriously, to heart, and, unless you want a life lesson, if it's not that serious, skip it. I was awakened by children running across the floor at 7 am on 3 hours of sleep. Complaining didn't change the fact that I was now awake and wouldn't be going back to sleep until 18 hours later. If you forget your toothbrush, stop at a 7-Eleven and pick one up. Supplies can run short, and I don't want to ever ask for one at a front desk again. ( inside joke) The only reason I can't give this hotel a 5 star rating, is because they're in need of better conflict resolution skills. The field of Hospitality can be draining, demanding, and patience trying. It's been a rough week. Emotionally draining. I'm thankful we had a quiet, safe place to lay our heads, with a manager who looks over all of his guests like family. Not everyone will always openly appreciate your help and hard work, right away, but when they get home, and whatever brought them into town settles, they will remember the team here, at Country Inn & Suites Sincerely, Room 110

I have never stayed in a hotel with such a lack of concern for cleanliness and room quality. We checked in for one night and were assigned a first floor room. I noticed there were windows, so just to be sure, I pulled one up to see if it would open, and it did! I was immediately concerned about the safety factor, since it clearly hadn't even been checked to ensure it was locked. That prompted me to take a closer look at everything else. There were bugs and spider webs in the windows. The bathroom had numerous hairs already in the shower, and, unbelievably, there was even a hair sitting right on top of a towel. The floor was disgusting and had clearly not been vacuumed. The electrical outlet covers were popped off, which is quite literally a safety hazard. On top of that, the deadbolt that most hotel rooms have for extra security had been completely removed. Everything in the room was rusted and dusty. There was even a broken chair placed in the room. The microwave and refrigerator were also dirty. I was so disgusted that I went to Walmart and bought my own pillowcases, Lysol, and disinfecting wipes just to clean the toilet and surfaces myself. I would have rather slept in my car than stayed there again. After speaking with the woman at the front desk, our room was switched. While the second room was slightly better (it was on the second floor, had a deadbolt, and didn't have random hairs everywhere), I still felt the need to wipe everything down and spray the room all over again. There are other hotels in the area that are only $20 - $30 more and are significantly better. I strongly recommend choosing one of those instead. This place may offer free breakfast, but that doesn't matter when you can't even trust the cleanliness of the rooms and how could you feel comfortable eating food prepared there? (& just to be clear we, ate nothing from there!) The reviews for this hotel are honestly confusing. I find it hard to believe that other guests had such positive experiences. The only nice thing about this place was the furniture in the lobby and the small sitting area. It was clear they put effort into making that space look nice for photos, likely to distract from the condition of the actual rooms.
