We arrived here at midnight just to stay the night. We checked in at the front desk and received two water bottle due to being Hilton diamond honor status. The parking spot for diamond honor is also very close in front of the hotel for us to use. There is construction in progress here, which is mostly noticeable on the first floor on our way to the elevator. Our room is on the third floor. The morning breakfast has decent selections. The staff that stock the breakfast area this morning is very nice and attentive. read more

Stay away from this hotel if you're looking for sleep, you'll won't find it here. There is a train that goes by every hour and sometimes twice an hour and blows its horn. If you can sleep through the train, then you have put up with pillows, out of all 8 of them none were firm. The breakfast buffet wad lousy, the juice machine didn't work and the milk lukewarm, very little. The hot food wasn't warm it had to be microwaved. With the amount of money spent to stay here, we expected much more, we are honors members and this hotel needs to be looked at. Very unhappy customers. read more

Construction everywhere, hauling luggage up the stairs bc construction hogging the elevator. Brother fell and cut his elbow and had to go the ER for stitches. I stayed here with my family. We booked 3 days and not once were offered clean towels or anything else. The pool was freezing and there were used towels on all the chairs around it. We also were thinking where was going to be breakfast and there was a few muffins and boxes of cereal. We ended up having to leave early because of an emergency. I contacted the hotel to see if a refund for the last day of our booking was possible and they told me we stayed all three nights. Which we didn't. The bedding on our beds also looked like they have not been changed before our stay, there was a cigarette burn on the comforter on the bed my 3 year old son stayed in. Let's just say we will be staying elsewhere when we come to Lebanon. read more

I stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago with my dad and the maid was very rude and disrespectful after we simply asked if the sheets were changed because we saw a what looked like a stain. We made sure that we got the housekeeper/maids name which is (Debbie) because we had first met her a few months ago which was the first time we had a little problem with her and would just keep making snide remarks about us which we just let go cause all we needed was towels. This has been the second time and it seems as if nothing changed after the first time which leads us to never come back here again and make sure all of our family friends , workers never stay here because obviously hospitality and customer service is not her strong suit so she may want to choose a new field or retire since she doesn't understand how to work in customer service. Also it shows what kind of customer service anyone should expect from this hotel we hope something changes cause this is never happened at any other Hampton inn we have stayed at before. read more

I am not sure what happened. We have a married couple as drivers for our business. I booked them this hotel so they could switch out vehicles with my husband. They worked so hard to make this happen and didn't get in until 3:30 am exhausted. The plan was they were to meet my husband and switch vehicles so after doing so my husband would leave for California and they would go to bed, eat breakfast and then go back to bed until they needed to leave. But at breakfast my driver was going to to the room and he said the manager stopped him and got right in his face and demanded to know what he was doing there. He said he was staying at the hotel and he walked away. I am not sure what happened but this is the sweetest couple in the world. The wife texted me that the manager this morning was so rude March 6 2024 that they grabbed their stuff and left. I know they were exhausted and did us such a great favor by traveling over 1000 miles in a day to make this vehicle exchange work out. They didn't get a chance to even get a shower yet and now they are traveling exhausted today. I told them I would make it up to them and get them on my dime a nice hotel room at their next stop. We stay at the Hampton Inn all the time. This is a quiet, meek, lovely couple. I can only imagine they had not showered yet and the manager demanded rudely in my driver's face..."Can I help you?" as in what are the likes of you doing here. We got a room for them and a room for my husband at this hotel. So, over $400. Very disappointed in this hotel. Very sad these sweet employees had to be humiliated. Shame on that manager. read more

Worst hotel stay ever!! In all my years of travel I've never had to deal with bedbugs until I stayed at this hotel! Me and my family was in town for a Army Graduation Ceremony and this hotel was advertised as being close to Ft Leonard Wood military base. Hampton Inn normally is a good brand being as though it's under Marriott. But I guess they are like the stepchild of the company. I was told by staff(Mindy) that the GM was out sick but she would give me a call when she returned Monday. Mindy was not surprised to here about the bedbugs and informed us they some rooms had just gotten exterminated because of the same issue. Almost two weeks later I'm still putting cortizone cream on and the GM still hasn't called me! I'm beyond dissatisfied with my stay! read more

Great hotel! It was very clean, offered a wonderful breakfast, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Our first room seemed like a previous occupant tried to get away with smoking/vaping, but within a minutes of calling we had a new room, and the staff was so easy to work with! I wasn't sure what we were in for when needing to stop on our travels and finding that Lebanon, MO was the nearest Hilton hotel. It did not disappoint! read more

Lebanon is a great half way point when I'm traveling from Texas to Ohio, but previous motel experiences have left me cringing when hearing the name of " Lebanon, Mo" I actually wanted to try out the time capsule called Munger Moss motel off Route 66, but after some really severe food poisoning left my husband in a sour shape we opted for comfort despite the price tag for this trip. It's not saying a whole lot, but Hampton Inn is as good as it gets for this side town in Missouri. After seeing an old picture on here of the previous rooms and decor.. You can put your worries aside.. Hampton Inn was bought out by Hilton, so the rooms take on a more modern, casual and warm feel as opposed the schizophrenic grandma look of the 90's. Continental breakfast included in your room rate is served nice and early. Wifi is free at this location. But most importantly.. The beds are clean and comfy. The only qualms were our room floors could have been swept better, and the TV didn't work at first, but with a change of remotes from the service desk all was good. With the price typically comes peace and quiet. No screaming kids, no stomping above you, or slamming doors. Just a good night's rest. read more

When I booked my 2 rooms through the knot wedding website for a specific wedding which advertised The Hampton Inn I was told I was getting the wedding room block rate which ended up not to be true. They charged my credit card right away for $195.99 per room. When I checked in and asked what rate I was being charged I was told one room was $147.56 and the other was $107.99. I asked why they were different and they said that one was a handicap room which was not the case. They were the same room. When I checked out I pointed out that my credit card was charged the $391.98 and the person at the desk gave me a different rate and receipts and said my original booking would be credited for the 391.98 and I would be charged the $147.56 and $107.99. This never happened and after many attempts of calling and emailing the manager at the Hampton Inn I got no response. I tried calling the number on my confirmation and they would not do anything. I was overcharged &136.43. What bothers me the most is that they told me they were going to credit my card and bill at the wedding room rate but did not do it and will not respond. For that reason I would not recommend this hotel. read more

My daughter and her family stayed here (three very young children). They were put on a floor with several drunk, loud and unruly guests. They got no sleep, despite complaining about the noise. When they checked out and complained again, they were basically told too bad. They are now driving to New Jersey with no sleep. Management obviously doesn't care or has no control on er their guests. Fresh brewed coffee all day available in lobby, as well as fresh fruit bowl. Cookies put out late afternoon. Small gym but equipment in good condition. Clean comfortable room! Easy access to main roads but I did not hear the traffic. Nice staff. Will be coming back when in town again.

Overall I wasn't expecting much out of this location, but overall it was A-OK. The property is a little dated on the inside and the wireless internet can be a little spotty in the guest rooms. The breakfast area has good wifi coverage and the breakfast area itself is nice and clean. The price is right and I will be back, I wish they would invest in better bedding and update the look of the hotel some. I would recommend with some reservations about wifi and small ammenities read more

After trying to holiday in express hotels were the clerks were absolutely no help, I stumbled tired into the Hampton Inn. The night clerk, Will, made everything wonderful again. Check-in was a breeze, I joined the honors club which was easy, and I got a great room with a fabulous bathtub and wonderfully comfortable bed. The room was amazingly clean and I'm definitely a new fan of the Hampton Inn! read more

Be aware that all are not even nearly similar in quality. Some are extremely well run and others are well worn and poorly maintained giving the others undeserved publicity. I've driven from Michigan to California and back twice in the last six months and I've made it a point to stay here. Great stop outside St. Louis, a traveler's hotel for sure! Quiet, away from the road, with breakfast. Clean place, never seen evidence of any bugs or unclean rooms. The staff is sweet as hell - everyone I've interacted with has been awesome. The hotel and rooms are newly remodeled, everything smells fresh and clean. The room was modern and comfortable. The duvet was quite warm, but there's a lighter blanket in the closet. Smells like mold covered with perfume and is inexplicably humid at all times (even when the weather is dry). There was no one at the counter when we arrived, left, arrived again, when my inlaws checked in, or when we left. Our rooms were not cleaned in any way in the 2 nights we were there - the trash wasn't taken out or anything (and we hadn't requested to skip room service). The breakfast was inedible and that is saying something since my teenagers are pretty much omnivores. The eggs were gritty and watery at the same time, and there were no yogurts or boiled eggs or other protein options. The coffee was like dark water. I'm a Hilton Honors member and wasn't offered any kind of description of the facility, like when the pool was open or what the wifi password was, and when I asked, I was treated like a hassle.
