This hotel is outstanding! Clean, well-designed, good quality bed, great breakfast, and Kori at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This Hampton Inn is sometimes considered to be located in: Wildersville, Parkers Crossroads, and also Lexington. When I searched Booking under Parkers Crossroads it wasn't listed, and if I hadn't spotted it from the highway I wouldn't have known about it. Traveling from Virginia to Nevada by car was uncomfortable and by far the hardest thing Ive ever done. When I stopped in Tennessee for gas, I realized I needed to stop and get some rest and ended up stumbling across this Hampton Hotel. I did quick research via google in the car at the gas station right next to it and learned that Hampton by Hilton is one of Hilton's biggest brands. While its not on Hiltons luxury brand side, Hampton delivers value and comfort for guests looking to be cautious about their travel spend. I had no reservations and it was in the middle of the night but they had plenty of rooms. The woman who assisted me was very nice. In fact all employees I encountered were super pleasant. 2 double beds came to about $109. They do have military discounts so with that the room came to about $94. The room was clean, and very comfortable to my surprise. Nice luxury feeling comforters and nice Neutrogena toiletry amenities in the bathroom. They also had a nice breakfast spread free for guests with coffee starting at 6am in the morning. Not sure if I'll ever be in Tennessee again but if I am, I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel. read more

I am going to admit, I was super surprised and how nice this place was! I never stay in this area since I have relatives here, and the rest of my family is only 30 minutes away. However, for convenience, our family stayed at the Hampton Inn for the duration of the weekend. My cousin's wedding was at a venue close by. At the hotel, we opted to make the most out of the experience by enjoying their complimentary hot breakfast, the comfy rooms, and we really loved how quiet the hallways were! We were really surprised considering there was a softball tournament team that was staying there while we were there. My family booked a few rooms, and we all stayed next to one another on the same floor. No one had any complaints about their rooms. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the comfy beds. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed interacting with them, and though it was minimal, they were nice for what we did talk to them. This is a pet-friendly hotel, and smoke-free. read more

The hotel itself was fine. Went to check out at 3 am. (Anxious to go home.). No one in the lobby to checkout, music was playing. Looked all over the first floor, walked outside, called the hotel twice (could hear the phone ring but no one around). Hung around for a good 20 minutes. Wrote a note on a napkin and left it at the desk. Seems like someone should have been around. Based on this, 3 stars ... but the hotel was clean and fine. read more

Clean, friendly, convenient. For through travelers, this is a quick stop off the freeway. And it's near a gas station with a decent convenience store. We rolled in after 800 miles of driving, bought some road snacks for the next day, and rolled out this morning for another 400 miles after a good night's sleep. The good: AAA pricing, huge parking lot, and a great free breakfast in the morning. Also, super comfy beds, and rooms with mini fridges and microwaves. The weird: the bathroom door is a slider but not a pocket door, so it's sort of like a barn door with fairly large gaps. Not much privacy. Every staff person we interacted with was courteous and helpful. We will return if our travel path goes this way. read more

We stayed here several nights while visiting the area. The room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the stay. The hotel seems very safe. It made our visit more enjoyable, too. They have local made goodies for sale in the lobby and a decent free breakfast. My only complaint about the breakfast is that it ends at 9 am. I removed 1 star because of the thermostat. The hotel has the thermostats programmed so you cannot set the room temperature below 68. A hotel room at 68 degrees is stuffy whatever season it may be. I googled a hack and was able to set the thermostat at a cooler temperature, which greatly helped with my sleeping! Without the ability to adjust the thermostat, my experience at this hotel would not have been as pleasant because I must have a cool room to sleep. read more

Place still feels brand new. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff could be better trained to welcome Hilton Honor members. Nothing around but there is a McDonald's and a gas station conveniently located in front. FYI, if you plan to leave early on the morning (~5AM) you could find the front lobby sliding doors locked without an attendant at the front desk. I've never seen this at any hotel before. I want sure what was going on. The side and back doors worked as expected so we excited that way. Later i saw the attendant and he says he locks the doors while he's preparing things in the morning, like getting hot coffee ready, etc. read more

I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. The staff is incompetent, rude and racist. My corporate office booked the room before I arrived. I immediately received the worst attitude from the start. One of the staff meme era name is Angela. She told me that I couldn't check in without the authorization from the corporate office. Okay, I understand protocols but this isn't an actual protocol. She stated that I needed to have the person that paid for the room with me in order to get the room. This was a business trip and my job paid for the room in advance. After we got that squared away she gave me the keycard to room 329. Told me elevator is by the big Tennessee and to enjoy my stay. I get to the room and I immediately assume that someone else was occupying the room. It was horrible. Trash was everywhere. The bed wasn't made up, the bathroom was dirty. It was disgusting. I go back downstairs and tell her that the room is dirty, she says that whoever booked it booked it dirty as if it's an option to book a dirty room. She said housekeeping left hours ago and that I was basically s@$& out of luck. There were no other rooms available either so the place was booked. But, it left me thinking, is it booked because of occupants or is it booked because all the rooms are dirty and no one decided to clean them? I wouldn't advise ANYONE to go to this location. The customer service is out the window!!! read more

I stayed in room 320 from January 20th - 23rd. The room was clean & quiet. The staff was very friendly. Melissa, the manager & I talked for awhile. She was very friendly. The lady Sandy, who was in charge of the breakfast was delightful. She came to our table to see if everything was OK. She was friendly & helpful. Everything was clean. She made sure there was plenty of food. Never have I ever had a cook come to the floor & check on their guest & keep food filled. I have traveled all over the country & have never seen this in any hotel. She is a keeper. Thanks to everyone. You are indeed wonderful. read more

The hotel is new and a very nice place to stay. The staff is not so good. They apparently still have a lot of learning to do. I called and talked to a young man about two months ahead of time to reserve a block of 8 rooms for my mom's 90th birthday celebration. The person I spoke with said they had only been open a week. I was told the rate would be $109.00 per night. After asking the man on the phone if he needed a credit card to hold he said he has us down and it wasn't necessary yet. I called back a week or so before our arrival to confirm and give individual names for each room. I was told then that there was no record of any rooms being held for us and the rates would be about $50.00 per night more. After arriving and checking in we were charged the higher rate and said since no one called to book individual rooms we didn't get the lower rate and it was my fault rather than theirs. Even though I was the one paying for all of the rooms but one. Their excuse was that guy I talked to doesn't work there anymore. The person I talked to even argued with me saying they did nothing wrong and it was my fault. Not very professional at all and definitely NOT customer service friendly. Hopefully they will get it together and improve their customer skills. It's too bad because it is a nice facility. But for me and for now I will NOT be back to stay at this hotel. read more

The hotel itself was nice and the person at the desk was very nice. However I was charged twice for our dogs, the policy said $50 a night with two dog max. I stay at Hilton's frequently and have had this happen before so I thought I knew I could call and get it taken care of. When I called the manager was out until the next Tuesday so I left a message with the reason I was calling and was told I would receive a call Tuesday. No call, so I gave them til Thursday and called. The manager was very rude after I politely explained I had been charged twice. She said Hilton had told them it was their policy on dogs to do as they wanted. I explained their online policy did not indicate that, she said "well I don't do the online stuff ". Very very rude, not helpful or apologetic at all. We will not be staying here again. Based on other comments, would not recommend this hotel to others. Management change needed. read more
