I've stayed here multiple times in the past 9 months. The mobile key and check in that Hilton properties offer is fantastic. You can check in, access the garage, and head straight to the room without waiting in line. Complimentary breakfast is served on the 6th floor in the breakfast room. There are multiple options for many appetites. This is typically a one night stay for work so I've never enjoyed the amenities. i started out on the 3rd floor. i requested a high floor, so that didn't thrill me. they said i could move the next day, as the hotel wasn't even going to be half full. how bad could one night be? bad. so much traffic noise! it's loud. seriously loud. a/c doesn't work. i set it for 68 when i got in the room. it was 73 at the time. 5 hours later, it was 74. walls/ceilings allow for plenty of noise from neighboring rooms. my upstairs neighbors came in at 2am and woke me from a dead sleep. i could hear every footstep and every bit of conversation. the next day i asked to be moved to a different room, as instructed by the check in person. the guy said he couldn't move me. first it was that they were nearly sold out (really... since yesterday?), then because even though there were other rooms available, housekeeping was getting ready to leave and they wouldn't be able to clean my room to sell to someone else. he was not budging on moving me. so much for the "we'll make it right" guarantee. i headed back to my room, only to find it hadn't been cleaned at all! she never touched it. i called downstairs to share this bit of information. now suddenly he's willing to move me. so i move to the top floor. the only plus was nobody above me. road noise is still pretty bad (not as bad, but far from good). now add in noise from some hotel equipment located near the room. ugh. a few notes in general: the a/c doesn't work well at all. it really only cools the room at night. same problem in both rooms. it shuts off a lot too. i usually like to run the fan for white noise. these are so low you don't even notice and the room gets stuffy as soon as the cool shuts off. room size: if you can get an accessible room, they're way better. much bigger. regular rooms are pretty small. same goes for the shower. speaking of showers... if you are super tall, you will LOVE the shower. i think the shower head was placed for the jolly green giant. i could barely reach it to adjust. parking is under the building. spots are small and people tend to park over the lines, which makes finding a spot at night challenging. not a good neighborhood. nothing nearby. i would never stay here again. read more

Spent a week here in corner room 200. The shower is amazing. The balcony is really nice. Only bad thing is the parking is really tight. If you drive a full size pickup or SUV, good luck. I had a 6am flight out and was supposed to get a couple wake up calls that never happened, but I woke up in time on my own. Breakfast is standard, but fresh. I had the best vacation I've had in years and Everett is a great home base. read more

I recently stayed at the hampton inn for a week for a meeting and it was amazing, the hotel was kept very clean my room was spotless when first checking in. All the linen,blankets and pillow cases were freshly clean and the bed was made to perfection. STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I spent a night in this hotel and it was one of the best experience ever. The check in was smooth, they have free garage parking, free wifi and breakfast. What more could I want? The rooms are big and clean. I could see the Lake Washington from my window which was the best part. My room had a fridge and a microwave which I thought was very helpful. Second time staying here but this is an example of how one snooty employee can ruin an entire experience. Booked a room here for a wedding. Very clean hotel, great value for the price. Upon check in we were upgraded to a room with a view because my husband had to wait while they dealt with a disgruntled customer on the phone. How nice is that? Coming back to the room, our experience with the person working the night shift was quite different. Apparently, after 11 pm the doors lock for safety and you have to use your room key to get in--totally makes sense. As one of the bridesmaids is searching through her purse for the room key (mind you, it took a bit longer than it normally would seeing as how we had just come from an epic wedding and had a good amount to drink) the woman working the desk came out to rudely explain to us that we need our room keys to get in. We tried to explain that we were getting there and searching for our key when she sarcastically stated it would be "a shame for us to break a nail" and let us in. So an otherwise 5 star experience gets 3 based on one employee's attitude. read more

My friends and I planned a night in Everett, about 30 minutes north of Seattle and I was looking for hotels. My friend told me that they book a room at the Hampton Inn, I had no clue of this new property. Man, was I happy that they told me about it. It is only 7 months old but it runs like a hotel of years. Upon pulling into the driveway, the exterior is clean and shiny. The front desk Supervisor Nick greeted us like old friends. When I asked for a high floor, there was not a hesitation and moved us from 2 to 6. He provided all the information we needed without prompting such as the hours of the free breakfast, how to connect to the free wifi and parking. Following Nick's great instructions, I found my way to the secured, underground parking. This is a HUGE asset as security is paramount in any city. Once we took the elevator directly to 6, it was the decor and cleanliness that took me by surprise. For the cost of the room and the amenities, you would expect nothing impressive. This is IMPRESSIVE. Then opening the slightly heavy but very secure door to the room (using the higher security key) it opened to a beautiful king size room. Flat screen TV, couch and very comfy bed. I gave the room the "Hotel Impossible" test since I am huge fan and now always do this in every room. It was perfect. No dust anywhere (not the top of the headboard, not the top of the picture or mirror). The bathroom was large and clean. After about 15 minutes, the phone rings and it was Nick at the front desk, making sure that everything was satisfactory and to ask if we needed anything. We left for the night and just walked to the center of town. The next morning, we enjoyed a wide variety of breakfast options in the "dining hall" filled with comfy chairs and clean tables. Scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals and more. For any trip I now take up north, this is the place I will stay. Standard Hampton Inn amenities. We needed to check in a little early. Hotel was empty. Front desk told us no, and then while we were booking a room across the street they found a room. Didn't see another guest the whole time. Constant knocks by housekeeping an hour before check out. Their slogan should be: "Give me your money and then get the hell out." My family of 5 stayed here for a couple of nights while we were in the process of moving. It was an ideal location for us because it is close to the Navy base and my husband was going to be checking out of the base very early before we began our road trip in the morning. The room was spacious and clean. It also looked up to date which was nice. The breakfast area was very nice and they had a great selection (eggs, fruit, cereal, make your own waffles, bagels etc.). The parking was free so I can't complain but the spaces were a bit small for our gigantic mini van. They also had a clean laundry room and a fitness room that looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area. read more

A very convenient hotel that fit my needs perfectly staying alone or with my grandchildren for a few nights. The free breakfast is everything you might want for that type of thing, and the pool was wonderful for me and the little ones. The room was clean, and they were accommodating to us in moving rooms due to the really bothersome noise from the street. The staff, for the most part, does an excellent job. The price is right, the proximity to everything in Everett, and ease of getting in and out of the hotel, plus a covered garage and nice pool. This hotel deserves at least five stars! read more

This was a great place to stay. From checking in to checking out, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was there for a wedding. The entire bridal party checked in. The rooms were clean, large and so comfortable. The staff, Jessica and Ashely made our stay as stress-free and easy. The breakfast (was so good), swimming pool (refreshing and clean, perfect temp) and parking garage (safe and well lite) were also on point. Ashley and Jessica also helped me with a booking error. I came to Everett for a training and booked this hotel. Courteous responsive staff greeted me when I arrived late at night. The hotel is modern and appears to have been recently remodeled. Rooms are spacious and contain everything one needs and wants for comfort. Shower had multiple spray options and water was hot. I awoke to the pleasant surprise of a view of the water! Parking is free (as far as I know), but unless you drive a Mini Cooper, you're either unlikely to get into a spot or your car is likely to be scraped by the car next to you. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise as well. In addition to the usual, waffles, oatmeal, eggs and bacon. Oatmeal was basic and serviceable. Eggs were weird, clearly not just eggs but some other substance to keep them fluffy and uniform. Will try waffle tomorrow. read more

This exceeded our expectation the room was gorgeous we needed an ADA room and this was just perfect.

The parking is aweful. There was no parking available. Half of the cars in the parking garage were taking up two parking spots. I went to try to talk to the "night supervisor" she was rude I tried to explain what was going on and all she said was" you need to park in the street." With a disgusting attitude. I had to small children there was no parking around the hotel street. I am not sure how this lady with zero customer service skills is considered a "night supervisor. She was a very mean and unpleasant lady. I will be contacting cooperate office about this. read more

The Everett Hampton inn on West Marine view drive would not be my first choice but not my last either. I did not like the garage open to public for any type of crime to take place and not to mention the syringes that were laying on the pavement of the garage hotel. It was disgusting viewing that on my way out to my car. Maybe due to the garage door open wide it invites the very ones needing to inject drugs in this garage which they dispose there syringes rite there in parking garage when done. read more

Chose to stay at the Hampton the night prior to an early morning procedure at the Providence Hospital a block away. The hotel is new and located close to the water. Just as most Hampton Inns, lobby is small but they offer complimentary breakfast and offer snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and a few microwavable meals at their kiosk in the lobby. The king room we booked came with a flat screen TV, microwave and small refrigerator. The bed and beddings are comfortable, room is spacious with a desk and closet. The bathroom is also spacious with a large shower and coffee maker by the sink. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the hotel is clean and well appointed. Would recommend this hotel. read more

The Hampton is always a good hotel. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful...No problems there. The only negatives that I had was the parking..you had to about stand on your head to scan your key for the door to open and the parking felt cramped and tight. Our room was nice but we felt corners had been cut as far as amenities...All in all a nice hotel, convenient to where we wanted to go. read more

Today is 8/26/2016 and we are staying at the Hampton Inn Everett, WA to go the the Seattle Bubble Run. We paid for the late check out and on the website it says it's based on availability. The front desk, Rebecca, really had a bad day as they were really and but she said they "Never have late check out" and told us to get a refund from corporate and didn't see that we had paid for the weekend package getaway. That was some of the worst attitude over gotten from a hotel. So we call corporate and they start negotiating with the hotel. They then said the hotel was full the next day that is why they don't have a late check it but we can go online and still see rooms availible so they were lying to us about how full they were. Then they (hotel management) said they would make a note of it. read more

Pictures on yelp are a year old, but accurate. The secure underground parking is good, stalls are a little tight, and there's no charge for parking. Not the best Hampton, but not bad either. Great location. Funky parking underneath building, where the spaces were so tight that you worry about another car hitting you or you hitting a concrete pillar. Reception area nice, with usual Hampton coffee and hot water for tea. Reception clerk upon arrival was nice enough, but seemed distracted with no one around. He should warn people that the morning breakfast buffet is on level 6, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who wandered around level 1 looking for it. And what did the morning reception lady do when she saw me wandering? Stared. I had to go up and ask where the buffet was! Sure I'd stay here again, because Hamptons are the best! This location did not have a bathtub *sigh* but a large shower instead. Hamptons are always clean and beds great! read more

This review is for the use of this hotel as a wedding block for my guests. This hotel was conveniently located to both my home and the wedding venue, so when I called to book the block, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the sales manager (Matthew Greenwood) for large groups was very patient as well. I had a long list of questions (I'd never booked a block of rooms before and was learning how it all worked) and Matthew took the time to answer them all. I quickly signed up for a block of 15 rooms and the process was very easy (and the group rate was very reasonable at $119 per night for a king or two queens room). They even helped me set up a booking link on my wedding website for my guests' convenience. Their only caveat was that the $119/ night guaranteed rate expired 1 month out so that they could resell un-booked rooms. I only had one minor disappointment with their service - and that was as my wedding date drew closer. Over 20 days before my month reservation due date was up, Matthew emailed me asking if I needed all of my rooms. I told him to please leave the entire reservation block in tact, because I didn't know who all would use them (lots of out of state guests). Less than 24 hours later, he emailed me again, asking me to release rooms because if they weren't reserved, and he let them go, but then they didn't sell, then the hotel would lose money (my words, not his). He was polite, but still fairly pushy. I responded to him once more, stating that I had guests coming in from over ten states and I didn't know all of their travel plans, but if I let three rooms go, could I guarantee the same rate if I needed them? He never responded. So overall, the hotel itself was good, the continental breakfast was hardy and above average for most hotels, but the block service was only just below expectations by the time it was all said and done. 4 stars. read more

Just spent four nights at this hotel. Inside, it's clean and nice. A stellar hotel with all the amenities. The employees are very friendly. BUT, I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others. My issue was with parking. There is little on-street parking. They offer access to an extremely small parking garage, but all the spaces are compact size. You really have to bring your driving skills to get in and out. If you show up later in the evening, you are unlikely to find a parking spot. Twice, I had to park several blocks away from the hotel. There are a number of nearby restaurants. I recommend Mazatlan. read more

Our family recently stayed here for 3 weeks to visit our father at a nearby hospital. During this difficult time the staff made our stay as comfortable as home. As our reservation dates and number of family members needing rooms changed throughout this time, the staff worked around the clock to fit us in to their already almost sold out reservation schedule. They showed compassion and patience with all of us and made us feel we were guests at their home not just a hotel. I apologize for not remembering all the names of the staff that helped us but Nick at the front desk and Erika Droullard guest services manager stand out as two of the several that took excellent care of us. My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in Everett. We checked in at approximately noon on 7/29. We just got in town off a flight and were extremely tired and slept most of the day. At around 9 pm, two elderly women entered our hotel room stating that we were occupying their room. I immediately called the front desk and was informed that the room had been accidentally overbooked. I asked for a discount on our stay however was not offered one until I decided to book for an extra night bc the location was convenient. Upon checking out on 7/31, my fiancé realized he left his toiletries bag including a 300.00 electric razor. I called multiple times and was consistently transferred to housekeeping by several employees. I was unable to get in touch with the housekeeping manager and left 4 separate voicemails. I then left my information with the front desk and was promised a call back from Maria however never received one. On 8/2, we showed up in person to collect our belongings. Maria was incredibly rude and explained that our items would have to mailed to us as the staff was dealing with another issue at the time. My fiancé waited for the manager patiently and explained our situation. After a long wait, we were given our lost items. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a fairly nice hotel. We definitely will not be returning for a stay. I do not recommend this location. UPDATE: I was emailed on 8/4/17 by the general manager stating, that she would refund my money for my second nights stay and follow up when the refund was processed. I waited 2 weeks and contacted her on 8/18/17 to receive clarity on the refund since I did not receive an email back. I still have not been able to connect with the general manager nor have a receiver the promised refund and it is nearly 4 weeks since the initial email was sent. At this point, it's not even about the money but once again the customer service of this location has failed. To avoid having another experience similar to this, I will not be staying at another Hampton Inn regardless of the location. read more

While this is a basic hotel stay in downtown Everett, the rooms where acceptable. Frustration occurred when they booked us in a room already occupied. Then rebooked is in a ADA accessible room that wasn't as comfortable as other rooms that we have stayed in at this hotel before. I liked the hotel but Maria at reception was above and beyond RUDE to both myself and my father when we had questions about rewards points and membership information. Instead of listening to understand she preferred to interrupt us and speak to us like we were ignorant. Never had our questions clearly answered since she refused to listen to us. read more

We stayed here 6-27- 28-2018. The price was a great value. The rooms were well decorated and clean. The staff was friendly and had the answers to all our questions about the surrounding area. We drive a Ram and the parking garage was a little scary but there really was enough room. haha The common areas were all well kept. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. When we venture that way again that's where we'll stay. read more

I was there at the end of August, 2015 and witnessed a rather disheartening exchange between an elderly woman and the front desk clerk. It seems they pre-purchased their room, booking one with two beds (one for her, one for her son who takes care of her). Unfortunately, they were not given that room upon arrival, but a single king size bed and a pull out sofa. She was obviously a bit upset about that. The gentleman at the front desk really did not handle it very well at all. He was unapologetic and stated that "...the room you purchased DOES have two beds. One is a pull out from the sofa". Really? When I look online to reserve a room, a King size bed with pull out sofa doesn't show up in the "two bed" category. In any case, the gentleman at the front desk told her there were no other rooms available, and she could "apply" for a refund, and "No, there is no manager available for you to talk to tonight". Oh, and I should also mention that woman was in her late 80's and in a wheelchair. Quite a shabby welcome for a PRE-PAID customer. If you folks honored a reservation to someone AFTER she purchased hers for that double bed room, you basically just re-sold her room to someone else. She bought and paid for that room, regardless of what time of day or night she shows up to occupy it. So my questions for the hotel and all to know: When one purchases a room with two double beds, do you privately reserve the right to make one of those beds a pull out sofa? And if arrival time is an issue, do you reserve the right to give away someone's prepaid room if they are not there when someone else wants it? read more

Blocked out several rooms for guest attending my daughter's wedding. Not one complaint from anybody! Nothing but positive. Many of the guest are used to staying at 5 star hotels so the compliment from them give merit. The front desk Kevin and Nick were spectacular! I was a bit frazzled from the planning of the wedding and they made sure every room was assigned to the right person. The rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast on the 6th floor was surprisingly good. The only complaint I have is that the housekeeping lady kept knocking on my door even with the "Do not disturb" sign on. She thought check-out time was earlier than it was. I suspect she probably was new. I highly recommend this stress free hotel! read more

Had a horrible phone call with the lady manager first I'm handiecaped missing my legs fist time ever wanting to go swimming and the lift won't work so I jump in any how and swim then the chair still does not work so I have to climb out and get back in my chair. Then we want to shave and forgot our shavers so we went down to get a razor and that do not have any. As I walked in to our room it looks like it had not been mopped there was sticky stuff on the floor. As I was checking out the lady Sid that they were going to credit me $40 and make sure we get points well this was on the 27th it is the 30th I went to see if my credit was there not only did I not get my $40 credit but I got double charged . I call and talked to a lady and she was really snobbish and said it takes 4 to 5 days for it to be credited back to me and that the first charge was a hold but it's not my card was charged the 26th and the 27tb . I don't mind it being a mess up but don't hang up on me when I'm talking to you about my money. Don't stay here if they screw up they will do nothing to fix it this is the everett location read more
