Additionally, they can draw blood and take x-rays right on the premises, so you don't wind up running around town. I've been going there for years and I've always been treated respectfully. They seem to appreciate the fact that my time is valuable and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to see my doctor. I would describe the operation as having a culture of customer service.
