Ordered the giant castle, and while it did arrive on time, it was unsafe. There was a missing hook on the side net, which caused my child to fall out and land on his head and due to the many small holes in the bounce house, kids kept falling into the side and getting stuck because it wasn't holding air properly. To make matters worse, the driver showed up 2.5 hours late for pickup, smelled like weed, and left us stranded at a city park with four children waiting for hours after the party ended. During that time, no one would answer the phone. Because they arrived so late, I wasn't even able to leave right away to take my child to urgent care, and by the time we finally left, the walk-in clinic was already closed. I should have trusted my instincts and canceled when I first called with a simple question about generators. I asked whether I needed to rent one or two generators, since the website gave no guidance, and the woman on the phone rudely snapped, "Well, what does the website say?" The problem is the website does not mention how many generators a customer may need, which forced me to book the generator separately from the bounce house. On the day of the party, I called again just to confirm they would arrive on time, and I was told they only had me booked for a generator. After I asked them to check with the manager, they came back and said, "Never mind, we have you booked for the bounce house too." That level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. I reached out to this business for an elementary school PTA public event. I asked for a copy of their insurance policy, the serial number of the bounce set & the inspection sticker for the bounce house I was looking to book (inspected in March 2025). Our event was in November. I told them in that email I needed that information to apply for a permit. In VA you have to get a permit for an event that is open to the public or on any school grounds. I told them I wanted to apply for the permit before reserving due to the fact they would hold your money for a YEAR if you book & cancel. I was using PTA funds for the event. I then got approved for the permit & reserved everything about 5 days prior to the event. In the reservation they state you have to have electricity run to the house - so we did coming from the school. The business informed me that if I wanted extra attendants there would be an extra charge of $200. We were willing to pay that. When I made the reservation I made it known we wanted this. Day of the event - two guys come & set up & say they were not told to stay. They said they would see if someone could stay - never heard back. When they set up they told us because the house we got had 3 blowers we needed 3 separate outlets for each blower. We figure it out. They leave. Then the inspector arrives. Not only was it dirty & not sanitized, but it had multiple big child size holes in it. Then on top of that the blowers were starting to over heat - mind you this was less than an hour after drop off. The inspector said it was a fire hazard & would eventually catch on fire. On top of ALLLL of that by law if it is a public event they have to legally have a certified attendant stay at all times! The inspector said the business knows that because this is not his first time with this business. So the inspector went the extra mile & we called the business to see if we could get another house over asap. The receptionist said they didn't have to have an attendant & they were unaware it was for a public event - WHICH SHOULDN'T MATTER - because the blowers were going to catch on fire & it had holes & was dirty. The inspector told her he should not lie to customers on the phone because they have to in Virginia. The owner refused to call us back. So we had a bounce house we had to unplug & it sat there through the whole event & children were upset & disappointed. Then if that wasn't awful enough - we asked for a refund due to their negligence. The owner refused to answer my calls or emails - which previously I got a response within a day. So our lawyers got involved & sent them a demand for payment letter. To which they have never responded to. If I could get them a -1 review for every child that was upset over this - they would never be in business again. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Be careful if you get anything for your kids from them. So here is what went down. I booked a water slide bounce house with this company for my daughter's birthday. Watching the weather for a few days prior of course, and it kept showing rain and thunderstorms for the day of her party. I called the company 24 hours before (Friday morning, the party was scheduled for Saturday afternoon), and asked about possibly rescheduling to that Sunday. (I called knowing it was unlikely to reschedule, and we'd make the best out of it Saturday.) This wench tells me WORD FOR WORD: "we require 48 hours notice for changes, let me text my boss and see if it's possible. I don't think it is, but maybe we can reschedule for a fee. I'm texting him now and I'll call you back". We confirmed my cell phone number twice for her to call me back. Did I ever get a phone call back? NO. Did I call her back multiple times during the day Friday to try and confirm? YES. No answer. So one would assume your original booking stays the same. HA, no. I call the morning of the party to confirm they're coming at 12, and this miserable hag on the phone tells me NOPE, we rescheduled you to Sunday. Proceeds to ask me why she would have called me back yesterday to tell me that. WHAT.. When I explain it's for my daughter's birthday party, she gave zero shits. ZERO remorse. When I tell you she couldn't have cared less, and HUNG UP THE PHONE MULTIPLE TIMES and refused to answer our calls again after telling me the entire rental is canceled and we weren't getting a refund. I rented a bounce house rental from them and the bounce house arrived to my house filthy and in poor condition. It was not clean and had residual dirt/mud as if it went through a mudslide. The appearance was faded. I was highly upset with the condition of the bounce house. I called the company to express my concerns and asked for some money back and it has been three weeks and the owner/manager will not return my emails. I called the operator service several times to follow up and they were also not very friendly with my complaint. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You pay all this money and get trash. We rented a bounce house over the weekend for our son's birthday party. Kenny with Hampton Roads Jump contacted us in the morning to let us know when he was on the way. When he arrived, he had the bounce house set up in minutes. The bounce house was perfect. It was clean, free of damage, and most importantly, the kids had an absolutely blast in it. When they came to pick it up, they were in and out in a matter of minutes. The cost was more than reasonable and setting up the reservation online was a breeze. DON'T USE, Don't do it. For our Family Reunion I ordered 2 blow ups, a bubble machine & snow cone machine (4 items) from 12 to 5:00 pm. Within an hour all of of their blow ups were on the ground & the bubble machine never worked/turn on, only the snow cone machine works. The delivery was 1 hour & 15 minutes late & the generator that I also rented from them couldn't support the use of all 4 items that I ordered & kept tripping. As a result, NO KIDS were able to get on it as it wasn't completely up for safe usage. When I called the 877# I was told to call the deliver guy, who stated that he only delivers, set up & break down & that he's not an expert on the equipment. Their own contractor/delivery guy stated the equipment was faulty & did a video to show it himself. After 3 days of leaving messages & emailing them, there was no response. Finally after I stated I'd call the BBB & they stated that they inspected their equipment & felt it was fine. However, I don't think that entailed having all equipment plugged in. They don't want to honor us by giving our money back (refund of $716.63, not including the deposit of $152.72). Even the delivery person stated they've had many problems previously & use him as the scapegoat due to their negligence. It's a shame the way they do business & how they treat their customers (see prior reviews). Don't call or use them as you'll be sorry. I'm fighting for my money back now, what a fiasco! read more

I was very stressed out on the date of my event. I was assured by the corporate office, prior to my event, that my bouncer would be at my location 30 minutes prior to my order time, which was 10 am. This meant that the bouncer was supposed to arrive at 9:30 according to the corporate office. Instead the bounce house showed up at 11:10 am, which was 10 minutes AFTER my event started. I called the corporate office 5 times, and each time was told that the driver was only a few minutes away. I put on very large events for a local shopping center.
