As soon as I walked into the very clean and well lit store, I was greeted and offered assistance. I quickly picked out the balloons I wanted and placed an order to pick up the next day. Email communication was clear and I was notified when the order was ready. I walked in today, was greeted and even though they were very busy, they efficiently helped customers and gave me my order in a matter of minutes. Don't go to any other Party City store. This one is the best.

During the time that I placed an order with them, I tried to communicate with them using all of their social media platforms, and again, never received any type of reply. I also stated in one of my emails/msgs, that when calling their place of business, no one answers, and you're unable to messages due to the voicemail box being full. I was told I'd be refunded for my order which they claim was done, but my bank said otherwise and the only response I received in regards to the matter was, "Check with your bank, it was done a long time ago." Not once was there any type of apology or empathy shown. This was all for my son's 6th birthday, and if it came down to me counting on them for what I needed, his day would have been ruined. This company's lack of customer service/support is horrible, and I WILL NEVER spend my hard earned money with them again!!

I came here with my sister and party planner to shop for my daughter's baby shower decor. They have everything here to decorate any place and to throw a party. I was super impressed at the fun snacks and drinks here. There were a lot of drinks you don't normally find in usual stores. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we needed to check ourselves out. They don't even have a regular checkout with a person at this location. Other than that, it is a great place to shop for any occasion.

I wandered around lost for over 10 minutes, and walked past the employees probably 5 times without them saying anything to me. (I was the only person in the store btw) The whole time all I could hear was their conversation about how big chains were ruining their business. I also learned that the cashier was not a prude..that was nice to know, but where are the freaking invitations? I walked out of the store without any notice. I will never go back again, and even though Wal-Mart is the devil, you would probably do much better there.

They have a really good selection throughout the store. I went and visited the butcher counter two separate days and got some great steaks and a few other things. The butcher was really helpful and gave me some great cuts of meat. And some nice fat shrimp and he had a bunch of different wings. The beer cooler is pretty loaded up. I definitely had a good party on the beach after stocking up here.
