I went there under a lot of stress, and this didn't help my skin issues - it made them worse. Dr. Penzi listens to you, shows great empathy, and has great ideas for approaching the problem. Haley, the PA, is also great at what she does, is just as easy to talk with, and is equally compassionate and friendly as Dr. Penzi. I briefly met with Dr. Gratch, so I can't say much about him yet. He listened to what I had to say, though we didn't have time to discuss everything thoroughly. He seemed busy, so I look forward to continuing the conversation when we have more time. They gave me a confirmation call Feb 10th to conformed, I got a confirmation text Feb 11 & the day of my appointment Feb 12. Feb 12 I arrive 5 mins to my appointment, and shop is completely CLOSED. Nobody there. Lights off .. Doors locked .. Nobody around . I called them TWICE .. no answer . Waited 20 mins before I left, and nobody ever showed up . Never got a cancellation call, as a courtesy or anything . Waisted an hour of my time after a 30 mins drive through rush hour traffic. Pissed off was an understatement/
