I had been on antibiotics for 20 days and they had not helped the infection. I saw him to explore alternative treatments since the antibiotics were not working. Dr. Keenan did not answer my questions, spoke over me, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and that if I didn't want to treat my infection "it's a free country and I can keep my infection". I would not recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Keenan is very thorough - he takes the time to listen to exactly what the problem is, does a thorough examination (talking you through every step of what he is doing), and treats accordingly, providing all the details and answering any questions that you may have. I've never felt rushed during my appointments (as if I need to hurry so the next patient can get in), and I've always left feeling well informed of any issues and how they will be treated. The staff here is also great - they are always very pleasant, appointments are always punctual and made according to MY scheduling needs, and their follow-through is amazing. I've received phone calls to ask how I'm doing, as well as to let me know that any prescription/insurance concerns have been addressed even before I was made aware of any such issues from the pharmacy. I have been amazed and completely satisfied with the service and attention to detail that Dr. Keenan and staff have provided me since Day One, and would VERY highly recommend this office.

They told me it would take 10-15 minutes and left 45 minutes later. Morons work the front desk and that says something about the office!
