If you're a commercial customer you don't want to deal with Kyle or this company. He will gladly…read moretake your money and sign you up, but if you have any problems, questions or concerns he refuses to respond or help you. Half the time it takes days for a response. Most brokers will pick up the phone and help. Kyle can barely get an email response out. We deleted a vehicle from our policy and added a new one and our auto policy doubled. We now pay more for 1 vehicle than we were paying for the 5 previous vehicles. His only response was "will you added a new van" I have asked repeatedly why added a van and removing a van doubles my policy price and all I get is the same response. I'm not adding a Rolls Royce. $900 a month for 5 vehicle before now $1904.83 monthly with the change. Help me make this make sense. NOPE he's no interested. Thanks for your business, but I got bigger fish to fry. Bad business. Just horrible.

Periodically around renewal time I would check with him to make sure I was getting a competitive price. Sometimes he would suggest a better option or that I stay with what we had. That was until a couple of years ago when I found what I thought was a better deal online. He advised me that I was likely to see some sizable increases over time, and he was right. After seeing another increase in the next renewal I decided to check in with Jacob again before renewing. He was able to find a policy with better coverage for a significantly lower cost. That was in addition to pointing out some things that I wasn't aware of. So, my insurance advice is: Check with Just Insurance first!

BETH CHAFFEE and STATE FARM are absolutely awful. After being a customer for probably over 12 years…read morehaving insured our home and five automobiles. BETH has been benefiting off of us for the past 12 years. We make A homeowners insurance claim due to a leak in our kitchen. Which took STATE FARM about seven months to pay out for. After dozens and dozens of phone calls to BETH CHAFFEE and STATE FARM to get it finished to get paid for it to get reimbursed. It was a nightmare. People can't control what happens to their home when accidents happen. And when you use insurance for what it's actually for they drop you. We found better insurance through USAA anyway. And when I called back to tell her that we're canceling our auto policy, she apologizes telling me that they had to drop us for homeowners insurance. No, you did not. You did not have to drop us. I told her that she's not sorry and she doesn't care, and then she hangs up on me. Not even confirming with me with a cancellation number or anything. That's just goes to show how little BETH CHAFFEE and STATE FARM cares about people. They just care about money. STATE FARM and BETH do not care about you. All these positive reviews on here are probably fake. The whole Insurance industry is a scam. They don't wanna help you, especially STATE FARM and BETH CHAFFEE. Don't make a claim because she won't answer your calls or call you back. We left dozens of messages for her or anyone in her office and she would never call us back when we had our homeowners insurance claim. Living without a kitchen no sink no stove. They did not care we lived that way for over six months. STATE FARM is awful and so is BETH CHAFFEE.
