Here are a few reasons you will never feel like you are at "home." They basically live there! He keeps the garage for random stuff of his so he can walk around the houses every day pretending to do something! He will always be in your back yard. I opened my blinds in the morning, half dressed & he was right there tapping on a shed next door from my yard. He is obsessed with his childhood home I think he might actually sleep on the roof because if you notice at night you hear footsteps in the attic & it's bizarre sounding. The neighbors will always ask you how it "smells in that he house" because his mother was a hoarder & the next tenants complained of a foul oder. He is OCD about yard work! If you miss a leaf he will be ringing your door telling you about it. He will even tape notes to front door facing inward if you don't answer the door for him. Nancy is a whole other ball game! She seems super sweet but she lost her mind came in my house & was cussing in front of my 6 year old & woke up my 8 year old. Told me to close my window & told me that's why my gas bill was so high giving me the exact amount. Weird stalker-ish kind of behavior. She really traumatized my young children when she came in screaming for us to get out & I have videos. Good luck to you if you rent here just be sure to enjoy the moving process because you will want to the first year. They have had 2 tenants in 3 years based on their behavior.
