While we were searching four our home there was not a single time that he did not either answer his phone or call back within 10 mins. Some other agents we called took hours to days to return our calls. Furthermore, Ed was also very flexible in setting up times to view homes. We were a little bit tricky in that my wife and I work different shifts. Ed was never pushy about getting us to buy a house during showings. There were no mind games. He would show my wife and I a house and then he would fall to the background yet be ready to answer any questions while we explored the house. He provided my wife and I a comfortable environment in which we could make thoughtful assessments about a given home. Lastly, Ed was awesome when it came time to negotiate.
