Every time i call they would give me the run around. First Cancelation was on Feb 29, second one was March 1, and Third time was March 6. Now its April 16 and they still haven't canceled my auto policy. Tommy Tran needs to be let go or do his job a lot better. After this i would not want to ever do business with them again.
