Before my last visit to the office to get my prescribed medication and records to begin my search for a new physician (been there for a year now) I wrote a review in regards to my multiple poor experiences with his staff on google lol. Bad idea. When I came in I instantly knew they had seen my review just from the way I was handled requesting a copy of my records. They processed me immediately to see the PA, which is a first (usually takes 20 to 30 oh and btw u only have a 10min window to be there even if you call in you'll have to reschedule ), probably bc they wanted me out and she truly was the worst. She was extremely petty & aggressive as she processed her basic routine check up and interrogation of what happened. I did not respond to her rude and indirect references to the situation but overall It was a very uncomfortable experience bc the service she provided was . Would hate to have to see her for medical help if I was on her bad side. Think I made the right choice to find a new primary care facility . The only reason this office in my opinion would be three stars is because its centrally located and Dr. Dicke is a great guy and was professional servicing me even though he knew. My recommendation to Dr. Dicke from a patients perspective is that I want more engagement from a physician. I don't want the basic here ya go this is what you came for type of physician. I want a physician who will be there with me for the long haul, know me, my future family, and give me advice on how to live healthier and avoid serious issues down the road. Unfortunately, never saw that level of engagement from Dr. Dicke even though I told him thats what I was looking for the first day I visited his office. I'd also recommend to check your staff and PA. I came to him with an A1C of 14, an existence of 24/7 pain, failing eyesight, and despair...such as I've never known. Dr. Williams described himself to my husband and I as a physician who treats the patient...not just the condition. In other words, to him i wasn't going to be "milked" for payments, I was going to be treated like an individual with unique individual needs. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AND MY HUSBAND EXPERIENCED!!! Today my AIC is in the 5's...way below diabetes. No more insulin!!! I'm running several miles every week. I've returned to writing my short books which are taking off! I'm way below my previous weight...back to "small", but most of all...most of all...I'M NO LONGER IN PAIN!!! THANKS BE TO G-D for all this!!!! I was referred to Dr Thull for correction of a trigger finger. On the initial appointment he…read moreexamined my hand thoroughly and was reluctant to do the surgery because I also have spasticity. I wanted it done anyway and after further examination he decided it would help. For the surgery I had local anesthesia in the palm of my hand. The injections hurt a bit but after that I felt nothing. Dr Thull was wonderful, keeping a light hearted atmosphere in the OR during what was for me a scary time. He constantly asked if I felt any pain (I didn't) and when he asked me to move my finger, I was thrilled to see I had good movement even during surgery. Ten days after surgery the stitches were removed, the swelling has gone down and I'm delighted with the results. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Thull as a careful, caring and highly skilled hand surgeon.

They went ahead…read moreand scheduled an appointment for me after confirming that they accepted my insurance, only to later cancel the appointment without any notification whatsoever. I had to call myself just to figure out what was going on. What makes this even more frustrating is their policy regarding secondary insurance. They accept one of my primary insurance plans, but because I also have a secondary insurance as backup in case the first doesn't fully cover something, they suddenly refused to see me as a patient altogether. It makes absolutely no sense to deny someone coverage that you already stated you accept simply because they have additional coverage. The lack of communication, professionalism, and consistency was incredibly frustrating--especially when dealing with serious health concerns where time and clarity matter.
