I was rewarded by having to wait, often for 10-15 minutes, to see a therapist - making them late in keeping my appointment. They seem to feel they have the right to communicate with my surgeon, giving him reports that he found to be false during his examination. Another example of the lack of professional practice standards. Arrogance and a lack of professional practice standards make this a poor choice for physical therapy.

They are MILKING Medicare and insurance. They insisted on an ex-ray even though we had recent ones forwarded from a prior doctor out of state. Went in expecting an injection and all he got was an "exam", someone feeling the knee. This is after FOUR visits. He called again to FINALLY get injections in both knees. They insisted on making separate appointments for each knee. When the explanation of benefits come from Medicare, we will be reporting the scam.
