The best part was I left there with an app and a plan to follow up with at home. The app is great because there are actual videos that walk you through every exercise so they are done correctly. Dr. Paul even videoed himself to ensure I was comfortable with what I was doing at home. Each session I had was a combo of hands on PT, Dry needling, exercise and of course Stem Wave Therapy. After each session, within a day, I would receive a text or phone call asking how I was feeling and if I thought I was progressing in the right direction. I thought WOW!!! Who does this??
