I'm now able to squat pain free! Mind you, I had been seeing another PT for those 2 years and nothing helped until I saw Dr. Lipocky. Also the students there are very professional as well and clearly know their stuff too! All their knowledge, skill level and personalities are excellent. As a client, the "feel" and atmosphere is part of my PT. I am currently having a problem with the new financial policy, my out of pocket expense has so increased. The additional expense is bad enough on Social Security, but to raise the amount in the middle of treatment does not seem ethical or fair. I agreed to come the visits needed to help my situation knowing what I was going to have to invest financially. How can a healing experience that was so perfect turn into so much concern? I can't be the only disappointed client. I fully understand and expect, once discharged, if I have to come back for another series of treatment appointments, to have to adhere to the increased pricing. I am asking for myself and those of us who are already into treatment, and almost completed, to continue to let us pay as agreed when the treatment started. The hospital referred us to this establishment for follow up. She was "seen" 16 days later (if you consider a ten minute consult being seen) by Sap Patel, who wasn't able to adequately complete her required medical paperwork, give a straight or definitive answer to any of her questions, and told her that if she wears a big enough hoodie she could potentially drive even though it is illegal for an individual in a back brace to drive because she wouldn't be able to turn to check her blind spots. He could not answer where the broken piece of her vertebrae was and showed no concern for her future well-being since she is young and relatively healthy. The lack of professionalism and concern for her condition was absolutely appalling. She left the appointment feeling that her needs were not important enough for the individual (I refuse to refer to them as a doctor) to even review and take the time to address any of her concerns. We will be following up with her primary care physician who is AMAZING and will ask for a referral to a specialist who actually cares for their patients and provides sound medical advice. I would encourage others to do the same.

The Physical Therapist's make it a point to open a line of communication between all parties involved in an athlete's recovery which creates an increased sense of importance, care, and accountability for the athletes during a time that is often extremely difficult, both physically and mentally. After my own injury I trusted the PTs at Architech for my recovery. My experience has left me beyond grateful. I will continue to trust Architech with my players and believe me when I say, that is the biggest compliment that I can give.

On top of that, I found out that had also billed my insurance $492 which I find completely absurd!!!
