Incidentally, Lyrica was prescribed because of neuropathy in my feet. He listened to my chest and complained about his previous Employer Novant Health, no standard questions, no foot examination. it was hard to decide to leave this practice after over 20 years, because doctor Larsens assistant, Aja, was equally as competent as Dr. Larsen. Best wishes to Dr. Larsen, but the practice is suffering without his guidance

I also take my 8yr old here and the phlebotomist done a wonderful job with him! I've never had a problem getting through to the office or having a nurse call me back with my concerns. The medical assistants are sweet AND my prior auths have went through smoothly. Rx have always been submitted in a timely manner. They even mailed me lab results! Not sure what much you could ask for in a doctor's office! I love it here and recommend 10/10. The previous reviews below seem to be more of a bedside manner "issue", BUT I CHOOSE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY when it comes to my care any day!!!

They do have a canteen that serves meals and refreshments. It is an amazing, very systematized version of self-serve as you enter your order into a computer screen and then sit down and wait. A server will find you and bring you your order. But make sure you order everything at one time. Everything is separate: biscuit, sausage gravy, sausage patty, coffee. I received my meal but had not ordered coffee. I asked the server for it and she just pointed to the computer screen and, yes, I had to enter their system to order a cup of coffee. A good place to sit and read while you munch, waiting for your family member to complete their medical item.

I was his test subject without having full knowledge of his true experience and Novant Hospital had allowed this to continue plus I was suppose to go home with 15 pain meds which I never received and could have used after surgery. I strongly advise to use Atrium Healthcare which is the better choice. Novant is the worse I have ever experienced.
