Tenderloin Sandwich and 3 piece chicken tenders.

A little something for everyone plus the weekday specials (see FB) look great! Staff was friendly and answered questions we had. Definitely small town charm at its finest but you can see why there's a constant stream of local families once you try the food! If we drive through here again (MO to CO) we will be stopping, thanks for the great experience.

Smal place but the food and service were excellent. They even have a small salad bar and ice cream. Super good food. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping. .

We loved our pit stop at Handi's! Traveling on Hwy 70, there are a ton of chain restaurants. It's so nice to have a local spot we can support! The service here was very friendly, on point when it came to helping out a family of 5 and just great quality. During the lunch rush, it took about 20 minutes to get our food, but we were enjoying watching all the locals catching up with each other. (It seemed like every other set of customers knew each other!) Obviously a local favorite!

We originally planned to stop in Burlington on our drive west, but then ran across reviews for this place. We're so glad we drove a tad bit longer to eat here! As all the others reviews stated - super nice and helpful staff, yummy food that is served quickly, and we'd stop here again when we're on I-70.

Just passing through on my trip to see some of the smallest towns in Colorado, when I thought I'd give it a chance. I was beyond, way beyond, pleasantly surprised at the variety in the menu, pleasantness of the staff, and the personal interest the owners Ha(ley) and (Bra)ndi have put into their investment to make an oasis along the concrete river between Burlington and Limon. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich which I had difficulty seeing at first blush. Not due to it's size, which was actually quite substantial, but it was buried under a mountain of tater tots. Conversations between patrons seemed to die off as meals were brought to tables, which, according to my mom, is a sign of good eating. Let me get back to the owners and staff for a second. Such charming and gracious women, whose standards are far and away from what you might expect from your average interstate interchange. You can tell their hearts and souls are into it, and their motto, "Get Your Grub On," is true. Thank you for a respite from my travels

Delicious food. The double cheeseburger was huge. It was so darn delicious. Beef is just better outside of Seattle. My daughter enjoyed her corn dog and fries meal. Grandma loved her spicy chicken salad. It was a very tasty lunch after wine tasting across the road.

This is a great family own restaurant. The staff is super sweet, feels homey. The food was amazing, burger was a little dry but still great! We loved the tots, sweet potato fries and the homemade nuggets. It was like MCD but way better. So moist and tasted like real chicken! They also have house made ranch that was delicious! Highly recommend!!

Great stop for lunch! Friendly staff and good food. Easy on and off the highway. Burgers were delicious and tator tots are an option.

I highly recommend this coffee shop! We were on our way from Colorado to Kansas and stopped here…read morefor some breakfast. Not only did we enjoy it but our 3 dogs LOVED the PUP Cups!! I also got them some banana peanut butter bones and other kind with pumpkin in them! I had a Chai Tea Latte and it was excellent! Toasted everything bagel and cream cheese. It was very tasty. Chris had a ham sandwhich warmed up and he said it was very good. The service was excellent and the ambiance was warm and inviting! We would definitely come here again and so would our doggies!

I was driving east on the I 70 about a 100 miles past Denver and I saw the sign for this beautiful…read moreand unexpected gem of a coffee shop and sanctuary. I pulled into the parking lot and found cars with license plates from Texas, Florida, NY and Missouri. Received a beautiful welcome from the owner Pamela. The instant feeling is wow how calm this place is. The name Ahimsa means compassion or non violence in Sanskrit and Pamela has absolutely succeeded in creating a very fitting scenario with delicious coffee, ( she so generously offered me a sample to see if I liked her dark roast), comfortable couches, a lovely and soothing water fountain, beautiful grass for dogs, a special bin for dog waste, a really spacious and warm seating area, a wonderful employee who was so courteous and efficient. I saw folks enjoying their coffee with different pastries, muffins and goodies. Love the great prices. It was $2.50 for a small coffee. ( she steamed me milk). This is the best Zen, pet friendly ( oh a big selection of treats as well), calm and fun rest stop/coffee shop I have seen and been lucky to experience in my multiple drives across our great and beautiful country. Pamela told me that this used to be a bank till she converted it into this gorgeous haven 7 years ago. She showed me the drive up window and some of the construction. She was so kind and so caring. This was a fantastic and energizing visit and stop. Ahimsa or Compassion is a very appropriate name!
