Then they wrote down her address wrong, so the letter for her meeting with Mr. Espinosa never reached her. Furthermore, the reminder text went to her step mom. She only got ONE call which was at the time of the meeting- a meeting that was scheduled without her knowledge. She paid the lawyer and he scheduled a meeting without her knowledge- at all. To top it off, they're refusing to acknowledge their negligence and are refusing to do their jobs properly. Also, their website is outdated and looks like garbage. No Facebook page either.
