He has a wonderful rhythm to his teaching that allows all to find success - he demonstrates each step while thoroughly explaining, gives you time to try it while supervising and supporting, then allowing all to try and answering any and all question. out pieces were fired and we came back a few weeks later to paint our pieces. I picked them up today and I just feel so proud of the three pieces I made...and I can't wait to take more classes!

There is a variety of colors to choose from and have samples to know how the paint will look when fired. Some people have already mentioned it, but I highly recommend doing multiple layers. Our mugs ended up streaky in some spots. The paint dries fairly quickly, so it wasn't too bad applying layers. There were a lot of pottery pieces to choose from. I wish there were more like basic pieces though to have a more blank canvas. The prices were reasonable for each piece! The prices were written on the bottom. The firing process took about a week. My boyfriend and I have been using our mugs almost every day and they have held up well! Paint on mine did chip on the side, but my boyfriend's mug has been completely fine.

I ordered an item using a discount coupon and went to the store before I got an email that the…read moreorder was ready to collect. I was looking for the item when an employee came to pull the item and as it wasn't there she cancelled my order. I then went to the front and talked to a different employee who looked up the item to see if it was available elsewhere local to me. It was but instead of calling them (over Christmas) I ordered the item then and there. However I couldn't add the coupon as it was no longer offered to me (or back in my account) since they had just cancelled the order. The employee told me that when I went to pick up the order I could ask them if they could apply the discount I should have got as there was a way to do that and they would do it for me at their store if that was the case. When I got to the other store (the next day) to pick up my order I asked to speak to a manager. She came and didn't even acknowledge me as waiting before helping an employee who was on a register first. A bad start. When she came to me I told her the story and she said we don't do adjustments and then proceeded to tell what what a long process it would be for them to apply the coupon I didn't get. She said is it really worth the effort for the amount I was going to get back. I calmly replied 'apparently it isn't to you'. And she didn't reply!! I left. I will not shop in that store again. I went back to the first store to tell them the story and they apologized more than once for the other stores behavior. They told me that the company gives discounts to teachers etc. which can be a lot less than the money I was getting off with the coupon.

While lines were long at most places, this spot had a shorter wait and someone nearby had a butter chicken wrap that looked promising. We ordered one wrap and their pani puri. The woman at the front was friendly and enthusiastic, which made us hopeful. The pani puri was served quickly, but unfortunately it lacked flavor--the sauce was bland, potatoes unseasoned, and the puri tasted stale. Still, we held out hope for the butter chicken wrap. That's when things went downhill. We waited nearly 30 minutes with a growing crowd of frustrated customers. We learned from others that the chicken in their wraps was ice cold. One woman had already complained and was waiting for a remake. Eventually, a new tray of chicken arrived, but the wraps were still coming out cold, with unmelted cheese and chilled chicken--clearly not "fresh" or properly heated. It was frustrating to see so much disorganization behind the scenes. If they were having technical or prep issues, it would've been better to pause service rather than serve food that wasn't safe or enjoyable to eat. It's a shame, because I've heard this business does meaningful work in the community with education and outreach. But the lack of preparation and poor food quality made for a very disappointing experience. But when I pulled in here, I wasn't mad. Visiting a mall early in the morning is weird. It is mostly deserted. No stores open. Almost completely void of people except those in here doing their jobs. Kind of gives you the 'Dawn of the Dead' vibe, like you are one of the only survivors left in the world. Odd to say, but almost peaceful. This mall seems to be doing fairly well. I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.

Sometimes I stop in during the holidays to purchase from the See's Candy pop up. There's a new entertainment center that had laser tag, bowling and other games. The food court still exists but it's scarce.
