I was assured that that the flowers would be delivered in time for the funeral. They were not there when we arrived at the church- called grays and was assured they were on their way. We proceeded with mass without them. Apparently, they were delivered during mass and left on the floor in the lobby. Grays would not refund and the the owner refused to call me back. Never before have I been disappointed, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the wreath that was delivered for my Mom's burial (for $176!). I asked for a silk arrangement, assuming it would be full and abundant at this price, but what was received couldn't have cost $30 to make. A true disappointment and what should be an embarrassment to Gray's.

She always acts very put out if you are to ask her a question about anything in the store. She should definitely stay in the back, she doesn't like people, that's obvious. Though, if you can be waited on by the male owner he is very nice and very helpful. I bought a garden fountain there and he gave us a great deal and explained throughly exactly what we'd need when we got home to get it up and running. They do have a nice selection of gifts, candles, wreaths, plants and trees and the inside of the store was decorated nicely. Though it's not enough for me to go out of my way when one of the owners is rude.

Best to also get some peat moss or other soil amendment to make sure your purchase results in beautiful fruit, as soon as possible. In spring you can find trees already setting fruit. The gifts are a treat, too, lots of things you might never have thought of, ranging from clever and cute to super useful. Great for that person who's hard to buy for, or who you want to get something unique. i'll be going out there within the next week or so, to find a replacement for a plum tree that got uprooted by a snowplow. I'd be VERY surprised if that were all I came home with!
