Hands on Art 4 Everyone is an art studio in Farmington, UT that has an array of activities for adults and children alike. We used the space for the first time for a group of 10 adults for a ceramics painting activity. The ceramics were to be glazed and baked after we left. We were directed to put our initials on the bottom of the piece, then as we checked out the initials were entered into the computer and attached to a list of our pieces. It seems as if the business is good at making sure the correct pieces stay with the person they're supposed to. At the beginning of the process an employee directed us on the process, which was relaxed and fun. After a description of the different kinds of paints, the time is open free time to paint as you'd like. The employees are available for questions if needed. For 10 adults the activity ended up being $288.77, so an average of just under $30 apiece. That price will be marginally different for all groups depending on the pieces they pick to passing. Definitely worth a fun, different activity and cute little space. I'd do it again. read more

Took my daughter and her friends her for a birthday surprise. They had so much fun. It was very low key and laid back. There were plenty of things to choose from. For the price it was very good. The teenage staff were good, but didn't seem like they really wanted to be there. read more

Super cute space, friendly staff, and lots of options for the artist in all of us! I love that they have classes for throwing pottery, and painting, or you can stop in to do some freestyle painting or paint some already made pottery options. You can also book parties for these options. Made such a great mommy/daughter date spot painting pottery together. read more

We had my daughter's 11 year old birthday party at the studio. They put up a cute banner and were very helpful and attentive to our group. Several of the girls mentioned they were going to ask to have their next birthday party at the studio. read more

We really wanted to like this place! We scheduled a pottery class and they cancelled it on us. Which sucks, but we get it. We had already arranged child care and jumped through many hoops and then a last minute cancel was irritating, but life happens. But then after we took the class we came back to paint our pieces and the store was closed even though it says online it opened 10 minutes ago. We drove a half hour to not even be able to finish our project. Just overall a very frustrating disappointing experience!! read more

Hands On Art is so much more than painting ceramics! Although, you can do that there... It is an amazing resource for all-things ART! There are acrylic on canvas painting classes, for adults. Regular "family night" events. They host birthday parties. And so much more! My four-year-old daughter has been taking mixed media art classes over the summer, and the projects she brings home are amazing! Seriously, I have been very impressed with the work she's been doing, and it's not entirely my "proud mom-ness" speaking... She has worked with pastels, watercolors, and oils. And the class isn't even finished yet! I am 100% certain I will be enrolling her in future classes. If you want to find out more about their offerings, check out their webpage. My kids have gone to Hands on Art several times. Took some summer classes. They were okay. they painted some ceramics and I was called and told they were ready and I had the week to come get them. I went in on the Saturday and they gave my daughters away free to someone else, my sons they had on the free rack. So one kid got his and I lost money and got a child's heartache in return. They were rude and couldn't even bother to sound apologetic and they could careless. We will never be returning here and suggest unless you want to waste your money and break your kids heart, I wouldn't recommend you go either. As you wish painting is just across the street and they don't discard your things. ( I even created a Yelp profile just to warn people not to go here that's how much I don't think you should go!) Edit: owner contacted me to find out what happened. Then claimed I was contacted a month ago to pick them up and called twice. Both lies. I was contacted once. Now I don't think the owner was responsible but I believe the workers are making false claims. Either way my daughters piece isn't coming home. read more

The instructor was knowledgeable and the class was really enjoyable. My only complaint is that the couple class overlapped with a child's birthday party. 12 or so screaming kids doesnt really make for a good date setting. If they get the scheduling sorted out, I would definitely go again. read more

My daughter loves this place. She is 6 and is always so excited to show me what she learned and the different projects they work on. From what I can tell, they have classes throughout the week for different levels of skill. I am not sure how the pricing works but it feels for a beginner class that the prices are a bit high. I'm more use to dance classes and recreation sports. This is my first kid who wanted to do art. Maybe their prices are comparable to others. I'll have to shop around when we evaluate extracurricular classes next year. read more

Iraima was very flexible with our schedule and with working with a group of adults who have never painted before. We all had a great time!
