Took their CPR and first aid class today at the Crystal stairs office in LA. The class was scheduled from 9-5. We started on time and didn't take any breaks so we were finished by 2. I thought Maggie and Mathew did a great job. They were well prepared/setup and offered clear instructions. The class consisted of instructional videos/slides, using 2 different dummies, role playing, verbal quizzes and hands on first aid practices.
